The initial adjustment was precise and instantly relieving, but the real game changer was the Ring Dinger! It felt like my entire spine was decompressed in one smooth motion I could literally feel years of tension released in seconds! I walked in with mid and lower back pain and walked out feeling lighter, taller, and pain-free! The care, technique, and results were on another level! If you're looking for real results and a team that treats you like family, this is the place to go. Dr. Hayes is professional, compassionate and genuinely cares for his patients. Bree and Jess at the front desk are super friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Dr. Hayes-the only certified Ring Dinger practitioner in Idaho-to anyone dealing with chronic back pain, stiffness, or simply in need of a reset.

Not only is he talented in the art of chiropractic and adjustments, Dr. Daglen emulates a genuine demeanor with every visit I've had with him. I was very ill a few years ago I have had my fair share of practitioners who belittled my concerns. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to find a doctor in the medical field that still encompasses true compassion for his patients. The morning I threw out my back I was supposed to be moving my California king sized mattress down three flights of stairs as I am prepping to move. When I jokingly made the comment of unfortunate timing to throw out my back, Dr. Daglen donated his personal vacuum storage bag for me to use so that my boyfriend could move the mattress himself and let my back rest as I could hardly walk. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I will surely miss having him as my provider once I move.

Saw Dr. Fletcher a few weeks ago, after first visit my shoulder felt better than it had in months. Saw him 3 times a week for 2 weeks, shoulder is now about 90-95% improved. As opposed to what I expected, which was "Well come see me for 6 months and maybe I can help", Dr. Fletcher told me "Well if we can't improve things within a couple weeks what's the point?" Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Karen really understands how muscles work and their relationship to your nervous system. I literally witnessed her healing my daughter's lower back muscle pain back due to an L4/L5 stress fracture. I witnessed Karen showing me which muscles should be firing after a particular motion and which ones should not. She somehow rewired her nervous system to understand that the injury was done healing. (For my daughter, she healed after 9 weeks.) When we left to see Karen, my daughter had back pain. When we got home, my daughter said she did not feel back pain anymore! We are forever grateful for Karen's help! Karen has also worked on me for the past few years. She is the kindest, most passionate, generous human being. You are lucky to have found her! (Karen, I apologize that this review has taken me this long to write. Please forgive me.) We miss you greatly!!!

I'm a massage therapist myself and have been lucky enough to experience some excellent massage sessions. Found Nathan through yelp and google and once I checked out his web site - I knew I had to book a session with him. Wow. I have been getting massages for 30+ years and most have been 'just okay'. The worse is getting a therapist who only goes through the motions and you can tell their heart just isn't in it. Right away, I could tell Nathan was professional, knowledgable and passionate about his work. He communicates well and lets you know what he's doing and why. Checks in regularly with your comfort level and pressure being used throughout. I made an appointment for a 75 min. deep tissue for body issues that have cropped up from dealing with plantar fasciitis for 4 months. After an in-depth conversation he recommended the athletic performance massage session. Believe me, I'm in no way an athlete (and I'm 62), but this session was perfect for my needs. If you have never had a massage before or you are a regular, you will love his work! I told him that I would describe his techniques as thorough and detailed. It is just about impossible to find someone who massages like this. His space is welcoming, clean and quiet. I kind of hesitated writing this review because it's just a matter of time before he is inundated with clients. I don't want to share!
