I always felt comfortable dropping my child off because I knew they were in good hands. I especially want to mention Rachel, Ms. Vee, and Miss Crystal -- they were absolutely amazing. Each of them went out of their way to make sure my child felt safe, supported, and loved. Their communication, warmth, and consistency made such a difference for us, and it showed every day in how happy my child was at pickup. The only reason we left was because we moved to a different city and needed a daycare closer to home. If that hadn't happened, we definitely would have stayed. I'm truly grateful for the time we spent here, and I'd absolutely recommend Children's Courtyard at Wimbledon to any family looking for a warm, safe, and supportive environment for their little one.

It's been over four months since his withdrawal, and we're still waiting on the $1,300 refund we were promised. We've followed up more times than I can count and keep getting told it's "being processed," but nothing ever actually happens. When you're paying what Guidepost charges, you expect more than surface-level kindness -- you expect accountability and integrity. Unfortunately, that's not what we've experienced. If you look at their Facebook page, you'll see other parents having the same refund issues, so we're clearly not alone in this. No one likes feeling taken advantage of, but that's exactly how this has felt. We're now preparing to get legal help just to get our money back, which is ridiculous. The local staff were friendly, though sometimes slow to respond, but the real problem seems to be how the organization handles things beyond the campus level. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Guidepost. The "niceness" only goes so far -- and once there's an issue, it becomes clear this isn't an organization that stands behind its word. For the price families pay, that's just not okay.
