A mechanism to encourage you to sign up for more tutoring. It's really unfortunate that students are not receiving what they need for academic achievement. This learning center is likely to blame the student for not conforming to their standard learning than ensure they're enriching the learning of the student. Individual learning plans is a fallacy. This was a colossal waste of my daughter's time and my money. Shame on you.

Of course, this testing is not helping your child, only assessing where they are. They refused to have the consult with just me. They require multiple parents or "support" parties to attend the consultation where they review the results and make recommendations for their tutoring. It sounds like this is because they need more financial backing for their outrageous pricing. When I asked what single parents do, they said they are required to have a grandparent, aunt or uncle on the consult. The consult is 1.5 hours long. When I asked for my testing to be refunded since they couldn't help me, they refused. They also didn't explain that they have a 2 hour 2x week minimum until after my granddaughter was already testing and I had paid. So at the very minimum it would cost 220 weekly for tutoring. But sounds like they pressure you for even more. She only needed help in math but they required she test in everything. Beware! This is a total money scheme in the name sake of you caring for your child's education.
