Established in 2009.

Though our roots go back to 1993, Ducerus was conceived in 2009 when 50 college planning offices were interviewed and presented with the idea of pooling their collective areas of expertise to create the first Total College Solution for families. The idea was to create a seamless process to help students transition from high school to college, and then directly into the real world with a career that they enjoy. Further, we wanted to do so in a manner that would allow parents to pay the least amount possible for college so they could afford it for all their kids and still be able to enjoy a comfortable retirement. Ultimately, in a selection and training process that lasted 12 months, 13 individuals were chosen to be founding members, and in January 2011, Ducerus: Your Total College Solution was born. The name Ducerus comes from the Latin word "ducere", which means to lead. Ducerus represents two things: the leader in the field of Total College Solutions, and the creation of the leaders

Meet the Business Owner: Kevin Campbell C.

A former U.S. Marine and successful entrepreneur many times over, even Kevin Campbell knows what it's like to lack direction. Perhaps that's why he finds such great fulfillment today as President of Ducerus of Fort Worth. Growing up in Fort Worth, Kevin struggled with the same issues many young people face today. Overwhelmed and unprepared for the college admissions process, Kevin joined the Marine Corps. Reserves to help fund college. Unfortunately, he did not complete his undergraduate degree the first time out. But finally, after a decade of struggling, Kevin returned to college and succeeded. Because he understands from his own experience the many challenges students face, Kevin aims to help them get it right the first time.
