The gift shop itself is really lovely, so that can help burn a little time as well. Last call was at 4pm if I remember correctly, which is fairly standard for distilleries in KY.

There are several restaurants nearby. This is the first karaoke bar I have gone to that charges customers to sing songs on the main stage. It's only $2, but it felt a little spirit airlineish.
