Paul's warm smile and friendly greeting set the tone for a great experience. I am always so happy when I see him behind the counter. Ashley is another team member who makes my coffee run even better. Always friendly and willing to help me fine tune a drink so it's not too this or too that, she is always patient and kind. And getting the works (added cost) gets you the fun toppings of whipped creams, cookies, cakes, candy, whatever else they can fit on the top of your drink. A couple things to note: the drinks take a minute to make, so don't expect to walk or drive up and be on your way in a jiffy. They're also expensive - I got an iced 16oz drink with the works and it was over $10 before tip; not getting the fun toppings might drop your total by $1.50-2 but it's still a pricey visit. That being said, I'm giving 4 stars because once you're prepared for the wait and accept the prices, it's a fun treat and the staff are always friendly. The drinks are hit or miss for me - I'm not the biggest fan of coffee, so I don't care for the drinks that are coffee forward, but I like trying the fun seasonal flavors so I try to go at least once per season.
