We were out near this Midvale location the other day. It's just south off the 215 freeway on Union Park Ave. It's in the big Walmart shopping center. WE pull in and there easy parking. The line isn't too long as we go inside. Inside is way cooler temp wise than eating in the Suburban. Plus you get all the drink refills you want. This visit I got it in my mind to try something different other than my normal Double Double. I ordered a "3X3" animal style extra grilled onions and put the lettuce and tomato on the side. I never had a 3x3 before and wanted to see it it was that much better than a regular Double Double. It was only like $1.70 I think more. One other guy on my crew did the same. I asked for the lettuce and tomato on the side, cause I thought the additional height of this 3x3 might be too much for my mouth to open. Our orders come out and wow, that 3x3 sure has a lot of melted cheese all flowing out of it! I hate when the cheese isn't melted! OK, Here goes my 3x3, I open wide and ease that meaty goodness into my mouth. Biting down, it is a different experience than a regular Double Double. More meat centric with out the lettuce and tomato. The buns were toasted well and there was a crunch from that. I did like the 3x3, but I think the Double Double is a more balanced burger experience. That familiar taste of the Double Double wasn't there, more just meat and cheese, but yeah lots of meat. I'm glad I thought to give this 3X3 a try animal style, but I think next time I'll stick to the Double Double animal style with my extra grilled onions. This bug meat burger was enough for lunch so I skipped the fries. A 4 X 4 is the biggest option In N Out will make, but that way too much meat to fit in my mouth!

I love getting the tempura green beans, they're the perfect kind of crispy and I can pretend I got a healthier side. The BBQ Bacon Char is my favorite burger and super filling, but I love all their burgers. Still working through the menu but I'm sure I'd love the rest of it too. Their burgers are consistently cooked to just the right tenderness and seasoned well. The cucumber limeade was a first on this visit and quite a bit too sweet for me so I cut it with water.

It's been awhile since I had those but remember them being pretty tame so went with "Hot" for my sandwich. I would NOT call the Hot tame, it was right at the max of what I can handle and next time would opt for the next rung down, medium. Even if you're not a big Post Malone fan, the themed interior creates a cool atmosphere that's worth checking out. The service was fast, and our food came out fresh and piping hot. My meal included a souvenir cup, and I appreciated that they let me choose which design I wanted. As for the food, my opinion is more about Raising Cane's as a whole than this specific location. The fries weren't as crispy as I prefer, and I find the chicken to be underseasoned. While the Cane's sauce is popular, I don't think it fully makes up for the lack of flavor and texture in the chicken and fries. The Texas toast was easily my favorite part of the meal. Overall, this location does a great job with the experience, service, and theme. If you're already a Raising Cane's fan, you'll probably love it. If you're not, the fun atmosphere is still worth a visit.

She knew it was our first time there and treated us like family. She was so sweet, kind, funny, and genuinely caring. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made us feel like we'd known her for years. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. The food was fantastic, served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and inviting, making the entire experience even better. Employees like Kelle are hard to find, and Bandits' Grill & Bar is lucky to have her. We sincerely hope management recognizes what an incredible asset she is. 3 Stars -- Bandits' Grill & Bar Dined: August 12, 2026…read moreLocation: 3176 E. 6200 S., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121 Price: $$ -- Entrées in our group ranged from about $20-$23.50 This was my first visit to Bandits' Grill & Bar. I was in the Salt Lake City area visiting four colleagues, and they highly recommended the restaurant, so I was looking forward to trying it. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($19.99) and added a Caesar salad ($4.99), with beans and coleslaw as my sides. Unfortunately, my meal was pretty underwhelming. The pulled pork wasn't very flavorful and didn't taste particularly fresh. The coleslaw was vinegar-based, which I personally didn't care for at all, and the beans were just mediocre. Overall, I was disappointed with my meal. That said, two of my colleagues ordered the prime rib sandwich ($23.49), which is similar to a French dip, and they both raved about it. They said it was excellent. Another person in our group had the tri-tip sandwich ($20.49), and the chicken plate was $21.99. Our total for five people came to $128.43 including tax, before tip. The service was average--nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. On the positive side, I really liked the interior and ambiance of the restaurant. It was attractive, comfortable, and very clean. I'm giving Bandits three stars based on my personal experience this time around, but I'm definitely willing to give it another chance. Based on how much my colleagues enjoyed the prime rib sandwich, I'll probably order that on my next visit and see if it's as good as they described. Sometimes the first thing you order just isn't the restaurant's best dish, so I'm not writing this place off yet.
