I asked around my local ADs, who were also Rolex Service Centers, to inquire about purchasing a jubilee bracelet and they all informed me it was impossible. I finally contacted Swiss Watch Gallery and Raquel looked into this and informed me it could be done. I went in, ordered/paid for it and received it in a few weeks! 2. Wife loves Cartier jewelry and was looking at their Entencelle diamond/18k rosegold bengal bracelet. She was on the fence for that piece as it was expensive for what it was... small and didn't have any distinguishing Cartier designs like the Love, Clash or Just un Clou. Raquel referred me to Christie to help me design a Cartier inspired piece. I commisioned the custom piece and I requested the diamonds be twice the size of Cartier's. I was nervous along the way and Christie assured me that their jeweler was a master craftsman in the trade for decades. I got the ready call after appx 3.5 weeks. Since the first time I met George, I have expressed my love for two-tone watches and how I'd like it to be a Rolex. I chose the yellow-rolesor Datejust 41 with the black diamond dial, fluted bezel, and jubilee bracelet, and George got me on the waitlist. I thought it was going to take a while, but in two months, I got the notice! Came in, and George brought out the Datejust, BRAND NEW. Brand new, as in it was inside the foam box that is used when Rolex ship the watches to their ADs, not the green presentation box. I know it's not common, but I like knowing the watch I've waited for has been untouched (personal preference). Thank you George for helping me with the 'daily', my Omega Aqua Terra, and the 'special occasions', my new Rolex Datejust. I have contemplated on not writing this review because it will seem petty. But due to playing the "game" and after waiting for years for a Rolex steel model, I'd realize it's time to leave a review. I have a pretty okay, not huge, but okay sizable purchase history with Swiss Watch Gallery. My first transaction was in 2018/2019, purchased a Tudor GMT. At that time the Tudor GMT was fairly new and I was forced to buy additional jewelry. I didn't mind too much since I the jewelry will be a gift for my girlfriend at the time, now my wife. It did leave a slight sour taste but I'll let it slide. Over the years I did managed purchased more watches and jewelry. Recently I dropped by and inquired for for sports model Rolex, and was giving the same answer, "There is still a wait list for sport model steel Rolex". Jake has since retired and and any communication and positive interaction has been nonexistent. I have gotten generic pre populated mass text messages. Also, because of a system change my text messages have not been apparently received and thus not replied too. Showed my message to my sales rep and saw there system where no messages were received. I have been working to try and purchase a Rolex from Swiss for myself for nearly 3 years. My sales rep now is supposedly Mike but that's a very loose description. I completely understand the market is very hard to adequately supply a watch for all the demand. Nonetheless, I would expect for better service and at the very least a opportunity to purchase a Rolex for myself. I am always happy for others but I see several reviews of others waiting not long at all for watches I have on my list. I was told purchasing the watch would definitely increase my odds to buy a watch for myself by creating some purchase history. After purchasing the watch I was told leaving a review would help the store and myself. Since doing both nothing has happened for 2+ years. After the first experience I had such high hopes for the relationship to come but that's no longer the case. Let me start off by saying that we came to this store a total of 8 times for the same unresolved issue with our engagement and wedding rings. We also PURCHASED 2 matching Rolexes. Our experience consisted of gaslighting, lack of professionalism, poor/amateur work, and lots of time wasted. I can finally write this review as we are officially done dealing with this place. We first came in 2 months ago to get our rings and that's when we were introduced to Kiki, our sales associate. At first, she seemed to be very knowledgeable and attentive to what kind of rings we were looking for. We were also introduced to the owner, Arthur at this time. After much discussion, we proceeded to get the sizing of our fingers because we thought this store would be perfect. When we first received them, my husband's ring was the wrong size; my ring had the wrong number of prongs and BOTH our platinum BRAND NEW rings had dents and scratches all over them. We spoke to Arthur over the phone and explained to him what had happened and he agreed to making us brand new rings with the correct size. Kiki contacted us saying that the rings were in so we come in and she tells us that they're not there. Um excuse me? Didn't you just tell us they were in? So without double checking, you made us come back? Anyways.. a week later, we make the trip back only to realize that there were imperfections again. So of course we leave it and ask them to fix the scratches. 2 weeks later, we get our rings and my husband's ring size is wrong.. AGAIN and our rings are dented and scratched again. I came in to get to get this issue resolved and that's when Michael helped me out. (Thank you for being so kind and helpful btw). He agreed that the rings were not up to par and will get it fixed. When we go pick it up, he mentions that Kiki put in the wrong ring.. lol At this point, we've been in and out of this store a handful of times already. Wasting our gas and time. Fast forward because this review can get super long... So at this point, we're just done working with Kiki. She's already ruined our experience multiple times with her careless work ethics. We go in yesterday to pick up the rings from George (whom I left the rings with a week ago). We sit down to take a look at the rings together and guess what. They're scratched again. Not minor scratches but big ones. We told George we were very unsatisfied with the quality of their work here. He informed us that Arthur was going to be in today so come back. We come in today, Kiki walks up to us and tries to take over our visit and I told her, "respectfully, our experience with you wasn't great and we'd like to speak to Arthur". Arthur doesn't come out so we had to speak with the GM. She was so dismissive and gaslit us during the whole interaction. She constantly reminded us that this was her first time hearing of these issues. Ma'am we don't care that this is your first time hearing our situation. We are explaining now. We had to come back 8 times because your employees are incompetent and couldn't get it right and basically tell us to take the rings now and go home happy because it's here now and finally "perfect"? Instead of listening to us and trying to understand, she kept talking over us and giving us excuses. You guys.. the professionals have NO quality control and that's what lead us here. Rather than owning up to her mistakes, Kiki walks over to us again and says "it fits". No shit Sherlock, we had to come back 2x to get the correct size. I'm not sure what Kiki thinks about while talking to her clients but she's definitely not fully there. How do you get the important details wrong? Not once but 3x? I just don't get it. And then the GM kept saying that they "rewarded us" with Rolexes. LOL.... We purchased them. If you didn't want to sell it to us, you shouldn't have. You sold them to us because you wanted that "relationship". But don't come at us now saying that you "rewarded us with the Rolexes". Nothing was rewarded. To be frank, we did want to maintain that relationship with this place. We were also planning on purchasing more jewelry in the near future. Every time my husband and I came back, we made sure we were understanding and respectful because mistakes can happen but if it happens more than 2-3x you know that's an internal issue. Kiki downplayed it all and was very dismissive about it all. How she still has a job there, we have no idea. Would I recommend this place? Heck no. But it's up to you because according to them, "they have great google reviews". What was supposed to be a simple & special purchase at the jeweler turned into a total shit show. We ended up getting our full refund on my husband's ring and at this point that's all that matters now. P.S.- they were both BRAND NEW rings.. couldn't even wear them because 1. They didn't fit my husband and the ring lived at the store. 2. I'm 9 months pregnant and very swollen so the ring doesn't even fit me yet. read more
