I brought in a women Baume & Mercier watch that stopped working. I found out it wasn't the battery that was the problem, it was the quartz movement. So they changes out the broken movement with a new Baume & Mercier quartz movement and works great now. They had to order it and took about 5-6 weeks. Stanley helped me when I walked in through the open door. They've taken COVID19 precautions with masks and the installation of a shield on the counter. It was $20 to remove 5 links off my Seiko 5 and install the leather strap, cash only, and I tipped Stanley because of his kind and polite customer service. I have a particularly slender wrist, so he patiently kept removing links and adjusting accordingly before fitting the leather strap on. The whole process took about 15 minutes or so. He told me that there wouldn't be any charges if I returned to get this particular watch adjusted in the future.
