Located in Terminal B, it is one of the largest Chase Sapphire Lounges at 21,000 sq ft over two floors. It is by far my favorite place to unwind before a flight. The 360 degree bar serves as a centerpiece in the lounge, making it feel like a super stylish NYC cocktail bar than an airport lounge. There is a bustling staff here, ensuring everything is clean and well supplied from food to bathrooms. While the food is far from fancy, it is a much more elevated version of what most lounges would offer. There is a QR code at every table that enables one to order food directly to the seat without having to get up for the buffet. I really enjoyed the corn polenta, potato salad, cold brew on tap, and ice cold seltzer water. There are different areas that accommodate all kinds of guests. For families with young children, there's a dedicated play area, as well as a nursing room. There are privatee phone rooms and dedicated work areas for the laptop warriors (#1) with very speedy WiFi. There's a retro game room tucked behind the family area, with games like shuffleboard, pinball, and a jukebox. Additionally, there is a wellness area that includes facial treatments via Face Haus, along with guided meditation and private rest pods. The facial treatments are complimentary, but advanced reservations are required and availability is limited. While there may be a lot of Sapphire card holders, the crowds haven't been too significant during my experiences. LGA has already leveled up as of the last several years, and the Chase Sapphire Lounge makes flying here that much sweeter. We arrived a little after 2:30pm and probably checked in at around 3pm. When I say that having the priority pass you are pretty much the bottom of their priority. Priority definitely wasn't a priority for this location. We didn't get in until about 5:15-5:30pm already. 2 1/2 hours of wait. I personally think they need to change their set up here where after 10 credit card members let one priority pass member in or something. Once we got in we went downstairs and checked in and gave our membership. I ran in to some minor issues where my qr code wasn't working for my priority pass but I had my actual member card which eventually worked. Once we were in there was an array of selection for food, dessert, drinks and drinks from the bar. You can order food on their qr code which is all included in your membership. Honestly, besides the long wait everything else was great once you get inside. All the food, drinks and snacks were all great. Customer service was amazing as well.

I recently gave up the credit card that allowed for "free" Admiral's Club membership, those these seem to be the most ubiquitous. I have Priority Pass and barely use it, especially if I'm with my husband because it costs too much IMO for a companion pass (love how they keep whittling away those perks). But on a recent visit to terminal 4 prior to a transatlantic flight, I knew I needed to see if I could at least get a snack and some water, so when I saw the Capital One Lounge, I went for it. I was greeted by the nicest lady who patiently walked me through entry, even though I stupidly left my boarding pass and credit cards about a half a mile away at my gate with my husband. You don't need Priority Pass to enter, just a Capital One card, I believe any tier. Guests can get a pass at 50 dollars, I believe. I guess it's worth it if your guest drinks a lot and has no dietary restrictions. I was pretty impressed with the amount of seating, work stations and tables and easily found a seat. While the cold bar only had one plant based option (thank you for clearly marking dietary restrictions), the menu that you order from had zero. I had the quickest, tiniest snack (I think it was couscous?) and filled my water bottle and went on my way. The bathrooms are private, clean and there's also showers available. Overall a much more positive experience than a lot of lounges (if I can even get in-- Priority Pass is really not good and I'll be moving to a lower tier Capital One card when it comes time to renew).

I always felt the breakfast options were slightly better than the lunch and dinner. The eggs were soft scrambled and were my personal fav followed by the chicken sausage and the potatoes. The chia seed bowl was great for a little early morning fiber maxxing and cold-pressed OJ and apple juice were refreshing. The wifi is also fast and there's plenty of seating and kind staff.

The centurion lounge next door also posted a sign saying it was at capacity and there was an online waitlist. What I don't like about this lounge is I cannot pick a seat. They just escort you and let you know what it's available for you. As other reviews say, I wondered why so many available seats there when a lot of people are waiting outside? It may be the service capacity related, rather than space capacity? The food is consistently good here. The buffet is sufficient but the made to order menu seemed really good too.

Also haven't tried their breakfast menu so can't comment on that. Will say that after coming here a few years starting to notice some wear on the furniture, perhaps some could use a bit of re-upholstery. My biggest question is: why does an international airport lounge at JFK close at 9 PM in the first place? There are plenty of late-night international departures, so the early closing time seems strange. Overall, decent drinks and food options when they're actually available, but the poor Wi-Fi, lack of food replenishment, and early closing time definitely brought the experience down.

There's a big bar, different dining areas, a viewing deck where you can eat from or just chill, there's a "market", a bistro, etc. Being short on time, I only grabbed a few quick bites: Croque Monsieur (they toast it for you for 2 minutes), sausages, hashbrown, and a banana. Somebody took my drink order - I got a matcha latte which took over 5 minutes. Around 10:40am, they started putting out desserts for lunch. I grabbed a matcha tiramisu. I couldn't finish my matcha latte because I can't chug a hot beverage but it was delicious though. I still liked the variety of food for breakfast. They have pulled pork sandwiches, benedict, wraps, yogurt parfait, fresh fruits, fresh fruit cups, hardboiled eggs, sausages, hash browns, sandwiches, etc. Service was impeccable. It often has a line to get in. This new lounge is much smaller but very nicely designed. There are different kinds of seating and it was relatively empty when I went- I believe not everyone knows about the lounge yet. The food was the same basic food as the larger lounge in B but it does not have all the extras, such as a live pasta station or a Nathan's hotdog stand. So if you're needing more peace and quiet, this is the place to be. It has a beautiful central bar and plenty of complimentary drink choices. They even have Starbucks on tap here! I'm really pleased to have this new lounge which is far more peaceful and relaxed.
