Veggie cup ramen!
Jihye B.

This is a small lounge on the Priority Pass. I went while waiting for my late afternoon flight. The attendants were very courteous though they were not really on the floor all the time. Food options were not mind-blowing but ok. Buffet style. There was a Mediterranean Chicken braised dish available when I went. Some soup and the salad bar rounded out vegetarian options. I had cheese and chocolate mousse, as well as what I considered to be a great perk of this lounge-- vegetarian cup ramen! I also got the complementary white wine out of the several complementary alcohol options. They do have a full bar available for a fee, but I was already on my second wine of the day, so I did not need more. The bathrooms were spacious and I saw signs for a shower, though I didn't check as I was just waiting for my flight. I did want to print something and had come specifically because I heard they had a printer, but the computer was not working and no one was around for me to ask about it. My gold standard for airport lounges will always be the Sapphire at LGA, but this was quite a nice option.

Bartender was pleasant and gave us the closing warning to get last minute drinks and food from the buffet. If you have access it's nice to sit down, grab a bite, a drink, heck even a shower while you wait for your flight to board.

Went lounge hopping with my priority pass and stopped by Air France lounge, Turkish lounge and primeclass. Air France near gate 1 has the widest variety for food and dessert, Turkish lounge by gate 2-3 is good to grab some small water bottles to go (right by Air France lounge gate) and primeclass by gate 8/9 has ramen/instant noodles plus largest restroom space that's great if you have a luggage/carry on/bag with you! They also have really yummy cheesecake! Pretty empty on Sunday from noon to 3pm when I'm flying out.

Small-ish lounge with lots of food, snack and drink options. Came here around 330PM on a weekday (Wednesday) and there was a waitlist. It said it'd be about a 30 min wait which turned out to be pretty accurate (got in around 25 min). There's hot food (pasta, veggie, chicken) and lot of cold food options (salad, fruit, cheese, dessert). Also had variety of bread and snacks. Even had instant ramen! There's a bartender that has complimentary wine/beer as well as other liquor/cocktails for purchase.

We stopped by Primeclass before our flight to Taiwan. Was a really easy check in process with our Priority Pass. The lounge is beautiful, with modern interiors, nice bar area. It's very well maintained. Tables get cleaned super quick. There's free wifi. The lounge serves lots of good food. It also has quality snacks. Lots of sodas, coffee, tea and water available as well. We were here for an hour and half, throughly enjoyed our time.

There are a few Priority Pass lounges in Terminal 1 that you can choose from. We picked this one because the pictures looked the best and it had the best reviews. It was just okay. We stopped in at around 8 on a Thursday night and it wasn't full but I can see it getting crowded during busier hours. The food is very lackluster. There's a salad bar that has some pasta salad, veggies, cheeses, and some hot food. On this day, they had pasta, chicken, spring vegetables, and rice pilaf but all looked like they came from a frozen dinner. Good thing we brought our own food because none of it looked appetizing. They also had tomato basil soup, and broccoli cheddar, which was mediocre. The water from the filter tasted a bit off so we ended up just buying bottled water. Wish we stopped by a different lounge instead but as I always say, any lounge is better than no lounge.

I was impressed when I visited Primeclass Lounge for the first time. They opened a little on the later side (11 am) but it was worth the visit. The lounge was very modern and well kept. The food seemed more elevated and thoughtful than your run of the mill fare (creative salads and entree items like turkey meatballs). They also had packaged noodle soups like ramen and canned sodas and juices in the fridge. I didn't see a shower but they do have a full bar. This is one of the nicer lounges at this terminal.

I arrived at JFK about 3 hours prior to my boarding time. As such, I opted to use my priority pass benefit. When I looked to see what lounges were available at terminal 4 there were 3 options. The first option appears to be the best, but also noted that priority pass access is not available beyond 1:30 pm. Prineclass was the next option. It was easy to find based on the note in the app indicating that it is located at gate A2. As is typically for these lounges, there was a wait. There are small signs at the check in counter noting that you make get on the wait list. I really think it would be helpful to add the ability to add yourself to the wait list prior to your arrival. Seems like that would be something easy to offer and would make this process less staff dependent. The staff at the front appeared to be beyond agitated with guest not knowing that they had to add themselves to the wait list. If this can't be added to the app, maybe add a large sign at the door with instructions. The lounge is a decent size with mainly couch seating. There is a small food and drink area that offered sandwiches, salads, muffins and pastries and various drink options. The staff were not friendly and also seemed agitated. The area was also not clean. Additionally, I tried 4 USB plugs and none of them worked. Last, but not least, they don't have a restroom area. This is probably the worst lounge I have visited.

Pretty good lounge! Perks of Priority Pass - gets you and 2 guests in. We enjoyed it, a bit small but doable for free grub and drinks; until your long haul flight... My kids liked their hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. Fruits & salad bar was slim picking... (Centurion does it better). The biggest hit - their ramen noodles! Spicy, none and veggie - kids & adults approved. Service was friendly, warm welcome and no hassle... no complaint. They kept the areas clean despite all the kids running around... and making tiny messes around. Family friendly for sure but I can see some adult "annoyance" faces as well... lol I don't mind it, just put your headphones on. #theloungelife #yelplife #travellife

Great lounge at JFK to relax, eat, have a drink and take a shower while waiting for your flight. Service was great with plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Soft drinks, wines and certain cocktails drinks are included in the price.

Been to a better Primeclass lounge, but what can I say? It's New York. At least it's clean and the best thing was the instant noodles.

This place is ok, not great but gets its job done. While the other ones are not open and this one was the only one that was accepting priority pass guests. It was a bit busy but still able to find seats. The food was alright, good variety. Soft drinks and coffee are self service but the alcohol drinks will need to order from the bar. Each boarding pass gets 2 free drinks mostly just house wine. Bathroom is always busy have to wait in the line to get in.

Since my flight got canceled yesterday I get to try another lounge that takes priority pass which was not too far from the india airline one. It's called prime class lounge at terminal 4 inside of JFK airport .I would give it 3.5 since I couldn't do that so i rounded up to 4. I want to focus on 3 areas which they are service , food and cleanliness. First off, Service , the service there was impeccable . The plates never go empty or if it did which it happened to one of the items it was restocked within 5 mins . I always see 2-3 staffs there walking around restocking and maintaining the food supply. Next I want to get into food. The choices of food here is definitely better and healthier in my opinion. I give this lounge the benefit of the doubt because 3 out of 5 plates were completely empty for at least 40 mins while we were there so we didn't even know what they were. This lounge has a salads , 3 different wraps ( turkey , ham and pastrami) which they all were delicious. And the alcoholic Choices were amazing as they have bottled wines (red, white and rose). After talking about food let's dive into the atmosphere , this place is very spacious and cozy. It has a very modern design and very clean as well. Definitely will he back the next time I fly again out of JFK . Just a quick note , when they reach capacity they will not take any more priority pass until a certain time. And if they reached capacity just ask if u are allowed to get food and go eat it somewhere else because when we asked they said ok .

Walked to the Bodega station and ordered a Swiss and Pastrami on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. Then I saw staff making coffee. I placed an order for a cappuccino, she said you have to place order where you were for the food. Mentioned first time, so she said no problem and she made the cappuccino as I waited. Had no idea when the bagel was going to be ready, so I went to find a place to sit and place my luggage.. Staff said Swiss and Pastrami on Cinnamon Bagel. I went to get item. In the Bodega you can get wrap and bagel sandwiches to go and pack to go items. On all the tables there were QR code where you scan and place an order. I decided to check out the buffet area. There were items that you pick up and put in tray and take to table. The Brussel sprout and deviled egg were delicious. The croissant with crème filling was addicting. There were bags where you can put sweets to go. If you flying Delta, make sure you pack and order stuff to go. Delta only serve beverage and chips/cookie... even if your flight is 6 hours. Restrooms spacious and clean. It was hard to find this place. After security, The Capital One Lounge is before Gate B 20. So if you pass Gate B20 then you passed the Capital One Lounge. So make sure you give ample time to get to your gate leaving the lounge. The gate where my flight was at Gate B53 so it's a good 20 minute walk. Lots of staff coming over to remove empty trays as well as clean tables. Look forward to checking out other Capital One Lounges.

You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.

Pros: Services are far superior than many A1 lounges that I have been to unless you're flying La Premiere by Air France. Other than that it was way better than Emirates itself and I an Emirates Platinum Member I must admit this. The decor feels like vintage dinner with a modern touch, it's almost like old Hollywood glamour. Many dishes are made a la carte, a true definition of fine dining. Several Chefs and Sous Chef are eager to cook you whatever you want with a smile. There are several seating areas that you can use to enjoy your delicious 5 course meals and drinks. Who can forget the quiet room with several 0 gravity chairs for a relaxing massage before your flight. Everyone was beyond polite and attentive. Honestly, this lounge makes both the AMEX & regular DL lounges feel very basic. I was pleasantly surprised. The experience is far better & above what you will experience in the cabin. Once you come you will have no desire to leave. It's therapeutic & magical. There's something for everyone there. Most importantly it's never as crowded as the regular lounge. Cons: Although everyone is super friendly and attentive. It almost feels like disingenuous & rehearsed. Everyone is repeating the same lines as if they were told what to say which caused me to question and or doubt that they really felt that way. This experience never gets old, it's like adrenaline rushing through your veins, it takes you so high that every time you get on the actual flight DL one cabin, you feel a sense of disappointment. Overall, I never want my flight to be canceled delayed so badly when I am in this lounge. The attention to detail is world class and mastered by the most hardworking patrons. It's truly the 4 seasons of ALL US Airlines lounges. Just when I thought they couldn't compete with Emirates and/or Qatar, DL one lounge surpasses them. It's the only reason why I never regretted paying premium for DL one seat. I just wish that level of service continues in the cabin.

The food on the buffet looked and sounded delicious but suffered from sitting out too long. The food was certainly a step way up from the usual Delta Lounge, but I would in no way compare it to a good fine dining restaurant on the outside. Highlights were the massage chairs and facials. The process for signing up is confusing and the wait can be long if you come at the wrong time, but if you have enough time it's definitely worth it. Other than that, it was reminiscent of a Centurion Lounge - spacious but crowded, with a decent food and drink selection. Nice for an airport lounge, but still an airport lounge.
