A great, quiet, and luxurious lounge. Have a variety of food to choose from as well as soft drinks and beer, wine and alcohol. Easy access to gates. I got a turkey and pesto sandwich which was delightful. Chicken with chili lemon sauce on it. Great tasting. Cooked to perfection. Arugula salad. And chicken noodle soup. All great tasting. The banana pudding and vanilla pudding were amazing as well. Very decadent and delicious. Along with latte in the coffee machine. Great lounge.

Very nice brand new lounge with exclusive access for passengers of American Airlines and British Airways flying in Business Class and First Class and they are in the highest status like AA Concierge Key or Executive Platinum. The lounge is very big and spacious, you don't feel cramp like in other lounges (including the Admiral). The food is very good and the servers change them often to maintain them warm and fresh. You can even request some items like burgers or a feature plate using a QR code menu. There is a full bar and they give you any drink you want and as many as you can handle :) It is not to the level of the Flagship lounge that I visited in Miami or Los Angeles but I felt very comfortable and satisfied with the food. I general a high end quality lounge to pamper you before a long flight.

JFK has 3 Admiral lounges: Soho, Greenwich and Chelsea. Each needs a specific status or seating to be admitted. SoHo has a full bar, self serve wine bar and lots of choices for hot dishes. Lots of tables and comfortable seating.

Quiet, large, and comfy lounge with excellent food and beautiful views of the tarmac. If you are either an elite status member or flying in Flagship First/Business or with a OneWorld alliance airline, you can get access to this lounge. The food is incredible: excellent chicken, some of the juiciest salmon, the best tortellini with charred green onions that I may have ever had, and so much more. Desserts that are incredible all line one area as well. Seating is plentiful with charging outlets at every point. There are excellent showers as well to use as long as you register at the front.

Forgot if it was a SOHO or Chelsea Lounge but whatever it may be, it's just wonderful to stop by and relax between my travels. Quiet, intimate, friendly, & relaxing atmosphere. For a frequent traveler like myself, it's a wonderful oasis. Highly recommended.

So after reviewing Yelp on both lounges I opted for capital one and I am very pleased with this lounge! First you can order hot small dishes from any table, there is a QR code on each table with today's choices. There is a cheese monger where you need to reserve 45 mins for a cheese tasting (we did not do, but looks amazing!). There is a buffet style with little dishes such as devil eggs, crostini, roasted squash. There is a to-go sandwich option with ess a bagel and pastrami from Schaller and Weber! and a huge bar also stocked with mocktails! We sat down at a table by the food and desserts section, they even brought out a nice baby chair for our baby! Ordered a bunch of dishes from the kitchen, Mac and cheese, shrimp salad, little burgers, mushrooms risotto and a soup! Honestly not all of the dishes were delicious, they were decent. However our experience and the service at this lounge was definitely excellent! They were so attentive to our needs and our baby's needs. We really felt taken care of. Note we did have a short wait, however it was literally not even 5 minutes to get into the lounge but definitely take this into consideration at busy times there will be a wait. But this wait is probably not as bad as the wait at the Amex centurion lounge in the same terminal. Overall we had a fabulous experience, felt really taken care of and especially with our baby. And they gave our baby his own baby pilot bib! So adorable!

Snacks you bag in cute little bags like chips or pretzels. Tasty hot offerings brought to you seat today I had a chicken pot pie served in a little cast iron pot as cute as it's delicious. Today no shower but a wonderful relaxing experience worth the 45$

You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.

Under the level of the Chase lounge in LGA, but in the same tier, I'd say. The buffet food is…read morecurated and good (the chicken thighs in the mushroom sauce was my favorite). I'm not a big fan of the cocktails, but perhaps I haven't found the one that I like yet (I had a whiskey drink that I can't pronounce that was just alright). Checking in was efficient. The space is mid-size. The food selection is not great. They had more variety and definitely better in service. Oh well, at least we tried the KAL and now we know to skip it. Until there's a Reno or revamp - wouldn't recommend coming.

This seems pretty fair for a quick dinner meal or snack before an extremely long haul flight. It cost me zero dollars. I'll take it. Also there is a fridge full of all sorts of refreshments ranging from water, juice, and sodas!

There's an okay selection of drinks/sodas. If you're able to get a table in the front corner, you will be up close to planes, so that's neat. Bathrooms are well maintained, but small and cramped. Overall, it doesn't measure up to larger lounges but the friendly staff makes up for any shortcomings.

I had the good fortune to visit Delta One Lounge in JFK several times and this is my honest…read moreopinion. Pros: Services are far superior than many A1 lounges that I have been to unless you're flying La Premiere by Air France. Other than that it was way better than Emirates itself and I an Emirates Platinum Member I must admit this. The decor feels like vintage dinner with a modern touch, it's almost like old Hollywood glamour. Many dishes are made a la carte, a true definition of fine dining. Several Chefs and Sous Chef are eager to cook you whatever you want with a smile. There are several seating areas that you can use to enjoy your delicious 5 course meals and drinks. Who can forget the quiet room with several 0 gravity chairs for a relaxing massage before your flight. Everyone was beyond polite and attentive. Honestly, this lounge makes both the AMEX & regular DL lounges feel very basic. I was pleasantly surprised. The experience is far better & above what you will experience in the cabin. Once you come you will have no desire to leave. It's therapeutic & magical. There's something for everyone there. Most importantly it's never as crowded as the regular lounge. Cons: Although everyone is super friendly and attentive. It almost feels like disingenuous & rehearsed. Everyone is repeating the same lines as if they were told what to say which caused me to question and or doubt that they really felt that way. This experience never gets old, it's like adrenaline rushing through your veins, it takes you so high that every time you get on the actual flight DL one cabin, you feel a sense of disappointment. Overall, I never want my flight to be canceled delayed so badly when I am in this lounge. The attention to detail is world class and mastered by the most hardworking patrons. It's truly the 4 seasons of ALL US Airlines lounges. Just when I thought they couldn't compete with Emirates and/or Qatar, DL one lounge surpasses them. It's the only reason why I never regretted paying premium for DL one seat. I just wish that level of service continues in the cabin.

After that things fell apart a bit, with the server bringing one of us the wrong starter followed by a long wait for the correct one. Wine service also largely disappeared, though there were plenty of places outside the restaurant to get drinks. The food on the buffet looked and sounded delicious but suffered from sitting out too long. The food was certainly a step way up from the usual Delta Lounge, but I would in no way compare it to a good fine dining restaurant on the outside. Highlights were the massage chairs and facials. The process for signing up is confusing and the wait can be long if you come at the wrong time, but if you have enough time it's definitely worth it. Other than that, it was reminiscent of a Centurion Lounge - spacious but crowded, with a decent food and drink selection. Nice for an airport lounge, but still an airport lounge.
