This is easily in the top three lounge experiences I have ever had... it's a sprawling and peaceful lounge with top tier amenities that makes me ok (or at least more ok) with any flight delays. The restaurant serves a full 3-course meal with options to fit a variety of diets. However, you will need at least an hour before your flight to enjoy as things are made to order. The casual selection is much faster and still has fresh options available include tacos, plates, poke bowls, and dessert. The staff is also kind and excellent. It really is the best way to kick off a long haul flight.

Oh my gosh, I will never fly another airlines first class after experiencing this lounge! Everything was top notch from the showers, chair massage, facial, and service! The restaurant is lovely and the server was above and beyond friendly! And the food! Oh my gosh, absolutely delicious! Our 5 hour layover flew by with this place! Eager to come back again soon!

This is a beautiful new lounge with super nice folks at every turn to help you navigate your way. You have a choice of a sit-down meal or picking up a tray and choosing your dishes at the market-style section. I was there early to enjoy but still the massage services were booked for the next 4 hours.

This lounge is probably the only positive about JFK. Sorry, not sorry! We've been to this lounge a few times but always around breakfast time. This time we had the pleasure of being there in the evening. There is not only a semi-outdoor seating area, tons of seating in the lounge, tasty buffet where you tell them what you want and they get it for you, but also complimentary spa treatments, and a full restaurant. There's even an eyeglass cleaner. It's a great lounge that rivals LAX (which will always be my favorite due to the dedicated Delta One departure entrance that includes its own TSA area). The restaurant was very nice with good options and great service!

Delta One Lounge at JFK was an absolute treat Elegant, calm, and the perfect escape from airport chaos. The seating was plush, the food and drinks were elevated (loved the premium selections), and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet welcoming. A special shoutout to Natalie for her wonderful service, warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made the experience feel extra special and truly first-class. She also talks to my service dog. Thank you for caring. Minus the rude front check in lady which we reported to the manager right away, Natalie and the rest of the staffs made up for it. Delta really knows how to start a journey in style.

yes, yes, yes... these days I am always looking for the Amex Centurion Lounges because they are always so good but this was absolutely excellent. Everything from the food, the stylish set up, the cocktails, the wonderful people working there... If you have a chance to pick this one - Do!

Wowza the service is unparalleled. Massage chairs, facials, and chair massages. Quick Food options and a sit down restaurant. What an experience!! Can I move in?

Delta hit it out of the park with their JFK Delta One Club based on the level of engaged service exhibited by its employees that work here on my most recent visit. I fly a lot with this airline and occasionally get to visit the D1 clubs. The JFK club is a great space, especially if you are there before noon. Most of the D1 flights go out in the afternoon so in the morning, you will have the place to yourself. It is a bright, beautiful space with some great solo seating options and a glassed in observation deck for plane spotting if that is your thing. Their sit-down restaurant has a good selection of items that will appeal to most and the steak I ordered came out perfectly done which was impressive for an airport setting. The bar is well-stocked with more than the usual rail offerings and there are carts of wine scattered around the club encouraging you to never have an empty glass. I have been here twice, had a different cocktail each time and both were tasty creations based on some classics. They were surprisingly stiff for an airport club so pace yourself. You have been warned. What impressed me the most was the level of genuine service that every staff member seemed to offer. From the lady mopping the floor to all of the servers and bartenders, they were simply great and kept coming over to check on me. I was content to sit in the sun, watch a few planes and get some work done on their fast internet connection but I think they were genuinely concerned that I did not have constant food and beverage in front of me while doing so. I had no less than 5 different people come by in the course of an hour checking on me to see if they could get me something, anything. I thought they were going to offer to fan me and feed me grapes haha. Humor aside, the service was awesome and you can tell that Delta has spent some time training the people that work here to a different standard (in a very good way). I really can't think of a legitimate gripe about the place. It brings back memories of what upper class flying and travel used to be like before the airlines made their standard clubs too easily accessible to the masses. If you are eligible to be in this lounge during your travel, be sure to budget in some time to enjoy this spot before your flight. You won't be sorry that you did.

Listen.... I'm a loyal Sky Club girlie. However, for years I've complained about the food being phoned in and environment being consistently underwhelming. And it isn't about the amount of travelers. There's just a way to accommodate people. Well, this was my first time in the Delta One Lounge, which I believe is now the real Sky Club, the service was impeccable. Everything was clean and the food was very tasty. Like my salmon was perfectly prepared. I felt catered to and just able to relax before my flight. I believe you vacation or trip begins at the airport. I like class and ambiance. This lounge delivered. Worth the price of admission. Sivian took great care of me.

Lately I have been disappointed by lounges ......But the Delta one lounge at JFK is AMAZING Great large layout with spacious areas Really good food choices for dinner: pizzas, sandwiches, salad bar , hot good bar Even a sit down restaurant with cooked to order meals Stunning bar and amazing service Bravo Delta you real did a great job

I had the chance to visit the Delta one lounge at JFK and it really impressed me. The space is huge, modern, actually calm - not the usual airport chaos. Food wise, it's way beyond typical lounge snacks. I'm vegan and had no problem finding great options, which is rare in airport lounges. They also offer 100% kosher meals that are legit - not just an afterthought but high-quality and well prepared. Even down to the silverware. If you kosher then you know if not go ahead and Google that. On top of that, there's a full sit down restaurant if you want a real meal plus plenty of lighter bites and drinks The amenities make it feel more like a wellness retreat than an airport lounge. Showers, quiet rooms, massage chairs - everything designed so you can actually relax and rest before a flight. For the most part the staff were genuinely attentive and nice without hovering. Access is only for Delta one which keeps it exclusive and all the times I've been in a Delta one lounge it's never been overcrowded. If you're flying Delta one out of JFK, this is the lounge you want to be in. I'll load more pictures later! Aloha!

Ever since JFK announced that they were opening this Delta One lounge, I knew I had to go and see it for myself. Luckily, the perfect opportunity arose when I was going to Italy this summer with some friends. I decided right then and there that although I couldn't afford Delta One seats for my entire itinerary, I definitely could upgrade to Delta One for my first leg to Rome (especially since I got a great price on it). My entire experience at the Delta One Lounge was amazing! I love that there's a separate check-in area for your bags and everything is so quiet and chill and one on one. I'm an anxious flyer so this whole atmosphere was great for my pre-flight nerves. When you get to the actual lounge, you're greeted by a warm reception with some nice cold bubbly. Once inside, you recall that there's a whole restaurant that you can eat at for free plus a mini spa you can go to for complimentary treatments. Unfortunately, when it's busy, you really have to get to the airport probably six hours ahead of time to even chance getting one of those spa treatments... Goals for next time. I only got to indulge in the $30k massage chair (which I still had to wait about 30-45 minutes for) but it's worth it! Also, I feel like this goes without saying, but make sure you have dinner at the actual restaurant. You're basically getting a full gourmet 3 course meal and all you have to do is tip your server. Everything I had that night was exceptional, especially my main course of NY sirloin strip steak cooked perfectly medium rare. If you don't have time to sit down at the restaurant, they do have lots of quick food options to grab outside of it. Try to also make time for a drink at the main bar. I had probably two signature Old Fashioneds before my flight and I will admit I was a little tipsy when I got on but that was my plan to get through the takeoff. I will say though at times I thought it was a little too packed but I guess everyone is just rich nowadays haha. I also wish there were some old-school vibes like someone playing a piano in the corner. I think that would really class it up a bit. I wish more places would embrace the golden age of air travel mood, you know? Still, the lounge was definitely a highlight of my travel for this trip and I hope to go back again one day! So worth it.

This was one of the first sky club lounges that I've experience. I travel a lot back-and-forth for the United States and this sky club is one of the best they go the extra mile for you. I love the way they keep everything clean. The food is delicious. They have a variety and the vibe is so chill. Highly recommend this place place kudos to the staff.

It's the first time that I ever venture into a capital one lounge. Staff at from desk gave an overview and the lay of the lounge. As you walked in after checking in there were nice comfortable chairs. The ambiance and decor is really inviting. Walked to the Bodega station and ordered a Swiss and Pastrami on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. Then I saw staff making coffee. I placed an order for a cappuccino, she said you have to place order where you were for the food. Mentioned first time, so she said no problem and she made the cappuccino as I waited. Had no idea when the bagel was going to be ready, so I went to find a place to sit and place my luggage.. Staff said Swiss and Pastrami on Cinnamon Bagel. I went to get item. In the Bodega you can get wrap and bagel sandwiches to go and pack to go items. On all the tables there were QR code where you scan and place an order. I decided to check out the buffet area. There were items that you pick up and put in tray and take to table. The Brussel sprout and deviled egg were delicious. The croissant with crème filling was addicting. There were bags where you can put sweets to go. If you flying Delta, make sure you pack and order stuff to go. Delta only serve beverage and chips/cookie... even if your flight is 6 hours. Restrooms spacious and clean. It was hard to find this place. After security, The Capital One Lounge is before Gate B 20. So if you pass Gate B20 then you passed the Capital One Lounge. So make sure you give ample time to get to your gate leaving the lounge. The gate where my flight was at Gate B53 so it's a good 20 minute walk. Lots of staff coming over to remove empty trays as well as clean tables. Look forward to checking out other Capital One Lounges.

You can debate the nuances of each-- Centurion's food is better, Capital One's is larger and has a cheese monger, Ess a Bagel, and better cocktails. But compared to the sort of lounges that don't have their own bathrooms and offer nothing more than some bananas and cereal, you really could do worse. The Sapphire lounge in LGA is larger and prettier, but they pretty much offer the same amenities. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've visited, save for one time. The menu isn't vast but there's a little buffet station with fresh fruit and hot food, as well as a made to order menu with full sized portions. Sometimes the food has been quick, and other times it has taken a while, so you really should give yourself some buffer time if you're trying to get something from the made to order menu. The food is fine. I've visited enough times to say that the folks who work here have been so warm and nice each time, checking in and asking guests how they're doing. Garbage is cleaned up immediately, so it's a pretty well oiled machine in there. You can bring up to 2 guests and any additional guests cost just $27 more, which I'd say it's worth it, particularly if you have a long layover and will have a couple of drinks.

The perimeter of the lounge contains a variety of seating types, while the middle contains more seating plus the main food station. The layout is a little confusing, but from what I got it seems to be a big circle...maybe? The setting is pretty nice - seats are comfortable with outlets in convenient locations to juice up. I wouldn't say it was peaceful though, as there were a lot of people there. Even still, nobody was loud or disruptive - just be prepared to be among people.
