They really take time and sit with you to answer all your questions and give you the long term plan. From my initial call to being seen to being treated it took no more than 90 mins!!! Paperwork was sent via email/text, which allowed me to send in my info whilst husband was fighting traffic. Xrays were taken, dentist assessed the situation. Luckily for me, it was a small chip, so she fixed it with a filing, instead of a crown I was advised to seek a follow up after my trip. Yall, I am a wreck when I go to the dentist with appointment. I was on mental overload for this visit. The dentist and her assistant were so nice, calm, knowledgeable, immediate attention and care, and a treatment that was true. No overselling dental work, even filed to my insurance. I will be going back here to see about that chipped situation. Highly recommend this place!

I had never seen Dr. Kim before, but despite being a new patient, he got me in within 2 hours of calling and saw me at 9PM (yes, that late!). He and his assistant were so caring and skilled that this horrible experience wasn't nearly as horrible as it could have been. They stayed until almost midnight working on this stubborn, sadistic tooth. It was such a relief to finally have this tooth extracted. It was my first time ever having an extraction, so I was nervous, especially being at a brand new place. Dr. Kim quickly assuaged my concerns. He shares an office space with Starlite dental (ironic since he is my new favorite night dentist). The office is clean, has TVs on the ceiling and is well-appointed. I look forward to checking out his practice during regular business hours to pamper my better behaved teeth. I was thrilled to know he does normal dental work, as well. Besides being awesome at dentistry, he is also an awesome person. My dental insurance was maxed out, so the timing for this ordeal couldn't be worse (especially since I was due to leave on a trip the next morning). He charged me less than what I would have expected to pay WITH insurance. He shared a little about why he started this after hours business, and it boiled down to him wanting to provide excellent care when people needed it without them having to bankrupt themselves to pay for it. My retainers broke after six or seven months, and when we asked if they could fix mine while my wife got a new pair, they said they couldn't without charging again, which was fine. On the day of her appointment, my wife called to mention there was cement on her teeth from a previous retainer and asked if it could be removed before taking molds. She was told maybe, but the doctor was very busy. Then she was quoted $100 more per retainer--$350 each! When we asked why, they said prices had gone up since I got mine, even though my wife was just quoted $250 a few days prior. We weren't comfortable with the sudden increase and decided to find a new dentist. The staff's response was just 'OK.' Overall, this feels like a shady ripoff. Wouldn't recommend
