It was my worst hair coloring experience ever, I really regret going to them. I went for root coloring & balayage just the root touch up after 4:30 hrs I get the worst coloring, I end up all my hair was orange, yellow ugly golden and brown. I don't know how?? If I do it at home will be better than this. This was my worst hair coloring experience ever. And when she wash me she told me she use to do hair drying not color before she come to this salon. I got a haircut from there a couple weeks ago and it was done super well at a good price! I got curtain bangs with long layers and it turned out beautifully! It only took 1 hour total for the consultation, wash, cut, blow dry/style. My hairstylist was super sweet and listened to what I wanted and give me tips on how to style it, which I do every day. I booked an appointment online for my teenage son - after reviewing the website, it seemed a barber cut was appropriate. For the barber cut, the website shows a picture of a male and the description says "hair cut and style." The price range was $41-$64. When I booked online, it stated the price was $44. However, when I received my receipt, they charged me $68! When I called they said a barber cut was only clippers and that since the stylist had to use scissors she charged me more. I am disappointed that this information was not only missing from the website description, but they also didn't mention it to my son before the service was rendered. He liked the cut (as he should given the price!). However, I do not feel like this place is upfront and honest. Update - Kerry called me to hear about the experience firsthand as well as explain what happened. She made things right and took ownership in the error. I do appreciate her follow-up and it sounds like the salon will be updating some areas of their website. read more

This is the first time i've been happy with my hair in a long time. I have super thick and heavy hair and Shannon took her time and was careful with all of my hair. She even picked through each individual piece of brown in my highlights to make sure she wasn't over bleaching my hair. For a special occasion I needed my roots touched-up and a blow out. First, my morning appointment was canceled an hour before. I was given one option to reschedule, 4 hours later, and changed all my plans to make it. When I got there, they assigned me a junior stylist. After hair blown out I realized grey is still showing at temples. Point it out, & stylist says she'll fix it with a "10 minute touch up". Still grey. Manager comes over and actually checks hair (which stylist never did) and grey throughout roots as well (which I couldn't see). Sends an experienced stylist to help; who basically was teaching the stylist how to apply the dye. I told them several times had a hard stop and was told no problem, but it was a problem & I had no time for a blowout. I left 2 hours and 45 minutes after I arrived with a wet head and dye all over my face (which I couldn't get off for days). Although it was nice the manager acknowledged mistakes were made, noted they were working with "new products", and did not charge for the service, it overall was a bad experience. read more

I love Swish Salon! It's very well run and is so cute and stylish. Everyone there is very friendly! They also have a nice selection of products although you are never pressured to buy anything. I recently returned for the first time since Covid, and I feel it's important to note that it was very clean and all the precautions they put in place made me feel very safe. My cute and funny stylist Ashleigh, is excellent. She is very professional, listens closely to what you want and always does a beautiful job with the multicolored foiled highlights on my long hair. I loved my experience at Swish Salon!! I got a women's cut from Ashleigh and she was amazing. I get very nervous getting my hair cut but she asked a bunch of questions to understand what I wanted and had a level of detail I've never seen from a hair stylist before. She's just amazing, for the first time in years I left the salon without crying over a botched haircut.
