I have stuck with the basic package twice and added on deep cleaning of my mats and my car came out looking like it was brand new. The pricing is extremely fair and the quality is top notch. The place is very well staffed and moves very quickly, finishing my car in about 10 minutes. I will 100% be coming back and see myself investing in one of the monthly plans in the near future. If you do want waxing or other deeper cleans done, just be aware that you should make an appointment ahead of time!

And then they have no availability for several days. I tried to make an appointment a week ago. It's been rescheduled twice and if they show up this time, it will be 10 days from when I requested an appointment to when they actually wash my car. I feel like if they could figure out this scheduling situation, they would be more profitable and have higher ratings, because who wants to wait 10 days to get your car washed???

When I called the guy that answered the phone was very nice it was then I knew that I had made the right choice. Whomever answered the phone was extremely respectful and willing to help me! I called on yesterday when the weather was bad and they were able to still help me. We were in communication for a couple of days, because of the weather I had to move the appointment twice the guy never got upset he just made arrangement for me to have it at a later date. He sent confirmations of moving the appointment via email which I thought was great. Paying was also very easy. He sent me an invoice via email and I was able to pay it quick and easy which was amazing. When the service team arrived they came in their logo'd van it was pretty cool and they got to work right away! The guy didn't make me clean anything he told me that he would take care of everything! It was so convenient because I didn't have to go anywhere they literally washed it outside of my home. They did an amazing job. They guy who washed my car was extremely nice and made sure that he communicated effectively.
