Menu has a good selection, but sure could use a bit more description to some items. The poor young lady was clueless about the menu items when questioned about how some things were prepared. I can't say I saw 1 single staff member smile or work with enthusiasm. I ordered a salad and asked for the omittance of a couple of items, and the person in the kitchen read that as "a plain salad." The salad description was "mixed greens," and I was served bland iceberg with a little bit of romaine core pieces in it. The ranch dressing was so watered down that it didn't even stick to anything. I guess it was too embarrassed, and it slid off the lettuce & hid. On a positive note, the pulled chicken had a good flavor, even though it was dry. We waited for a while for this salad with nothing on it & 1 brat with sweet potato tots. The explanation was that the tots aren't "deep fried in oil" they are air fried. Well, you can still screw that up, too. They were burnt. Guess no one showed the person who made the salad how to use the air fryer? Geeze folks, come on! It's hot dogs, bbq, & burgers! How hard can this be?
