This is our go to place. We enjoy the ambiance and the wonderful service. We like to try a large variety of food over a period of time. We ate there on Sunday afternoon and Sarah B. Waited on us. She was right on with her service at the bar and table service. Well, I walked out without my card. Sarah took change and gave to management and they locked in the safe. I called on Monday and the said they have it. I drove there and retrieved it. Thank Sarah and management for holding on the it and verifying I was whom I said I was. Good show folks. See you next time. Thank you. read more

Another great chuy's experience. Their chips and salsa are fabulous. Thin warm flower chips, you cannot beat them. Their premade margaritas are a little bit sweet so just order the Mexican beer. The steak fajitas are way too much food for one person but damn, they are good. Had leftovers for home, sat at the bar like normal Service read more

Always love Chuy's. Great food, great atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service. I need 85 characters to post so I am just rambling.

My Husband & I go here quite often for dinner. Mostly because of the great customer service and the bartenders are great and fun. The food is just typical average Tex-Mex (which I'm not a big fan of), but servings are large, food is always served very hot and quickly. Free chips & salsa and free jalapeno ranch dressing/dip if you ask for it. They have a few different salsas with varying spiciness and flavors. Pretty large menu and lots of parking. My favorite dish is the Green Chile Fried Chicken ($14.30), comes with rice & beans. SPECIAL ALERT: If you order it "server style" they put a fried egg on top of the chicken and it ROCKS! I didn't think I would like it since the fried chicken is crispy with Lays potato chips, but it did not make it soggy & it made the dish SO MUCH better! You're welcome!!! read more

Visit 7/17 Emily was our server. By far the best server we have had ever and we come in at least once a week . She answered questions check to make sure our food was correct if we needed any extra chips made sure we had refills. She was friendly made us feel welcome . Loved our conversation. I noticed she did that with all of her tables Definitely will be asking for her and I recommend anyone looking for a great server ask for her too read more

The food was good. Not the best Mexican food ever but a nice. Are server was very nice but it took a bit for serves some times. Great back up meal sense yelp failed to tell us another Mexican restaurant was closed forever. read more

Tawanna was the BEST! Good food, but GREAT, HIGH ENERGY SERVICE! I would come back just to have her as a server. We beat the rush arriving around 4:45. read more

The food and service was amazing!!!! The atmosphere is so cool!! I am so happy we live so close to this restaurant!! We are frequent flyers!

If you like a consistent Tex Mex it is delicious. It is always clean inside. Last time I was there the service was a little slow but I believe they were shorthanded. So don't let that stop you. Great place for a family. The dishes are large and I have split dish up for children and trust me the servings are large. read more

My husband loves Chuy's and we eat here at least 1-2 x a month. My only complaint is about their mixed drinks. They are significantly more expensive than other restaurants. I like a margarita on the rocks. Theirs are significantly smaller than other restaurants and nothing but ice. I mean $10-14 for a drink that is mostly ice. I feel like I am being taken advantage of so have stopped ordering them. I hate this because I really love drinking a margarita with my mexican food. If it weren't for my husband i would be going somewhere else because of this. I am wondering if other people feel the same way. read more

My parents and I had a wonderful lunch yesterday at Chuy's in Little Rock. Barry was our server and he did an amazing job taking care of us. He brought a sample of the chile rice for me to try because I was hesitant about ordering it. He also brought a small sample of a sauce, too. Our drinks were constantly filled as was our chip basket. We appreciated having such an amazing, delicious lunch, (the Baja Grilled Shrimp Tacos were soooo good) and a great server to take such good care of us. Thank you, Barry! We hope to come back soon and we will ask for you! :) read more

The chips were fresh and the salsa and cheese dip were tasty. I ordered cheese enchiladas and they were awful. The tortillas were hard and there was nothing in them. A little string of cheese that you couldn't event taste. They delivered our first order of cheese dip to the table next to us. They told us on the way out that they received our cheese dip order. The assistant manager came to speak to us and she talked so fast I don't even know what she said but no offer to correct the bad experience. Sad. I will not be going back. read more

I had the best service I have ever had last night. My children were acting out and I was getting stressed out. Until the waitress came up and stared playing with my kids. She showed them a few tricks and even gave them ice cream. So thank you carri for your service. read more

First of all , let me state that the food is ALWAYS good which is why we order take out every single Friday night BUT the take out is always wrong! I mean ALWAYS wrong. Most of the time, we don't get the correct number of sauces but last Friday, I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl and I got a Steak Burrito Bowl. I guess that's a better mistake than the time I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl, brought it home and found out it had no chicken on it. Please please train your take out staff better. My advise is, if you order take out, check it before you leave the parking lot. read more

We had a delightful mid-afternoon meal here at Chuy's. Although it was not during busy time, we were very well taken care of. The server was very pleasant and attentive. The chips and salsa were amazing The salsa was spicy but very tasty. The portions on our entrées were more than we could eat. The location of this restaurant is so convenient for us as we visit Costco a few times a month. We will definitely make this a regular stop! read more

Great food and drinks! I love their Cobb salad with creamy jalapeño dressing, nachos and shrimp tacos. Don't miss having the Texas Tini, New Mexican Martini or a margarita. The food and service at this location is significantly better than the North Little Rock location. We sat at the bar and had a very attentive bartender who kept the chips, salsa and drinks flowing to accompany our food. read more

Ate here at happy hour yesterday and the drinks (lemonade margarita w/ Grey Goose) were excellent. The salsa with the chips was so fresh!! Some of the best salsa that I've ever experienced. I had two steak soft tacos. Steak could have been a little more tender. Our bar tender was very nice! She alone deserves a 10/10. All of the customer service was great! I'll definitely be back! Ambiance definitely fit the theme of the restaurant! read more

This place never disappoints! Food is amazing and the service is even better! We have gotten handwritten letters from our favorite server, Barry. First time back after COVID. I know they had to adjust the menu. What I liked about Chuy's was their not so average menu items. We were a bit disappointed about their menu its still good but not special. I sure hope they bring back their full menu. read more

Love this Mexican restaurant. Very fun environment/decor. We had a very friendly waitress. The tacos are basic American tacos. However the queso and margaritas are some of the best! Which lets be honest, that's the most important part of a Mexican restaurant. Also the only Mexican restaurant I know that offers fries as a side item. They have the shoe string fries which are my fav and a delicious jalapeño ranch dressing I dip them in. Mouth watering now. read more

When I'm in Little Rock I know I can count on Chuys for a great meal. This place is great especially when the salsa bar is open. They have fresh tortillas being made in house that you can watch them being made. My go to meal here is the chicken n steak fajitas. There good as they can get!!! The jalapeño ranch sauce is very addicting as well as is the cheese dip. Great food and great service is what your going to get from here!!! read more

So!!! ... The second time's the charm in this case, and I've learned that you've kinda' gotta' know what you're doing to eat at Chuy's! Shouts out to Brent for inviting me back to turn my "meh" of a first experience into a "green light!" I returned with the hubs in tow, Brent and Myra took great care of us, and walked us through the menu and all things Chuy's. Much appreciated! The vibe and decor were a win, same as before, but my concern was solely the food. Brent suggested that we start with a rainbow plate, and I'm glad he did as when we sampled the various sauces, that was the moment I realized what went wrong on my first visit. I spotted the "meh" sauce out of the lineup, that could have been an easy substitution. Pro Tip: All sauces at Chuy's are not created equal and there are 2 sauces in particular that could guarantee a 1 star rating from me each and every day of the week, no matter what it's on! So, you need to know your Chuy's sauces and adjust the entrees as needed. But, first, you've got to know what you're dealing with! I like that Chuy's is super flexible with customization allowances! Upon my return, I realized that their food is good, darned good even! As far as the meats go, the rotisserie chicken is my favorite. Their steak is a close 2nd. All of the sauces besides the ranchero and that (God-awful) green sauce (I forgot the name as I tried to put it as far out of my mind as possible) were DELISH, but (again) each pack a different punch that will dramatically change your entree flavors depending on your selection. (You need to be educated!) The blackberry daiquiri and the flan are both delicious as well. The one thing that did give me pause on my return visit was the dilapidated state of the "happy hour (car) trunk" in the bar area. Albeit a super cute concept and wonderful means of getting bottomless chips, salsa, and queso (and who doesn't live for that?!)-- it needs TLC and (apparently) an adult chaperone! Honestly, it looked like it had been the victim of a food fight by the time I went over and tried to fix a bowl of queso. Broken chips were literally everywhere, items desperately needed to be replenished, and there where about 4-5 of the small green bowls left to be used by patrons (2 of which weren't dried properly.) It was truly bottom of the barrel type of action over there, thankfully Myra brought us warm chips and I just steered clear. All in all, I don't know how practical it is on a day to day basis, but -- If you've got a server that will literally hold your hand and guide you through the sauces and menu selections (like Myra did for us), also lets you sample and taste as needed (oh, and it's needed), and if you're lucky to be one of the first to visit the happy hour trunk when it's nice and fresh-- Man, you've got yourself a 5-star dining experience on your hands! I'm glad we came back as I know what I'm working with now, I also know who to ask for now, and I can truly dig it! read more

I can't express how grateful we are for the amazing manager KiKi helped us replace our venue for my dad's 60th surprise birthday party at the very last minute. We come from a family of restaurant owners and have high expectations when it comes to customer service. Another restaurant said they would accommodate us weeks ago and then the day before told us that they wouldn't be able to. Kiki was so kind and made our party of 30+ a wonderful experience. This is what true hospitality is all about! Her and her team did an excellent job! read more

Oh my!..... Our server was very sweet and the food was very good until I saw a HUGE cockroach crawling on the wall of the booth next to us. Then turned and another was behind us on the seat! Can't do it!!! Yuck! After paying, the waitress promised she would find it and smash it. She did not appear surprised in the least. read more

I love Chuys! Always consistent and friendly! We go allot when we are in town. The staff is always amazing and never disappointing.

My husband is 81 and I am 70 and we were carded tonight at this location. I had my id as I was driving and was paying for our dinner. They refused to serve my husband a drink. And told us if he sipped from my drink we would be asked to leave. The manager, Pat, was incredibly rude to us. I have NEVER been asked for my id in a restaurant before! read more

Awesome to have a Chuy's so close! Loved them in Austin, TX, and love them here! Cheese enchiladas and margaritas DO NOT disappoint!

Not one of your better days, so much not sure I would order on line again...order wasn't put together right had to wait well past 10 minutes from assigned time, had to go inside to get order even after tipping, just not one of your better days read more

The extra star goes to my waitress Lachrista who was amazing. She always checked on us and had our drinks refilled before it was completely emptied, brought napkins, warm chips and etc. she was on top of it. On to the food: so so. I've had better Mexican food but for what it's worth and the price, I guess you get what you pay for. My taco platter was huge (I rather get quality vs quantity). The hard taco shells were stale so that was a big disappointment so I just used the chips to make nachos. The Mexican rice was so so. One of my child ate her cheese quesadilla & fries whereas the other one only took 1 bite. My guest has hard tacos too and the shell was stale as well. read more

Abby was the best! We went on Mothers Day and had almost no wait. Awesome service and food!

Food always good. Service usually slow on beverage service. Was spot on. The atmosphere is always cool.

Food is ok, but had the worst margarita of my life. It tastes like pure lemon juice. So sour I could not drink. I told the waitress and she took the drink back to the bartender who came to the table and said it had to be ok because their drinks we specifically measure and refused to make another drink unless I paid for a different one. She had an attitude and was hateful. I may eat there again but will not ever order another margarita. Too many place that good ones read more

Overpriced but pretty tasty. You're not gonna find many genuine Mexican dishes here, but it does the job. Also, their jalapeño ranch is dang near drinkable. Probably the best thing in the place. read more

I don't know how their food is but I can say that there is too much waiting. Service is incredibly slow. They gave me estimate time. I come here and I waited literally 30 more minutes. All they were making was 2 burritos and queso. What a slow place. Edit: their service is not faster. read more

I wish I could do 4.5 stars. It's just not quite 5 stars. I was in town and met my sister for dinner. The food potion size and flavor were very good. The waitress was great. I'm not sure why it wasn't 5 stars. Maybe the margarita could have been stronger. It was ok. read more

Loud obnoxious waiters unaware of the patrons around them. Big plates of food that are too expensive and no healthy and fresh modern menu items with real flavor make this place an ABSOLUTE thumbs down! Their signature Salsa tastes incredibly cheap with cheap quality tomatoes; uninspired and entirely too hot. Chips are lukewarm to cold the entire time, and they keep piling more lukewarm/cold chips on your table via a tacky ice scoop. Will not visit a second time. Taco Bell tastes better with more flavor. The building and the branded T-Shirts are the only thing cool about the place. Menu SUCKS! read more
