We got our pool resurfaced with them. They didn't do our pool until months after they initially said they were going to do it. I had to keep calling and bugging them. Then when they did come out and to do the job they didn't do it well. The bottom of my pool is now all uneven. The steps aren't straight. They left all kinds of debris in the pool and trash in our yard. One of the workers asked to change in our bathroom, took a dump in it, and didn't end up flushing. They dug up our yard and didn't resod it. The whole thing is awful and the pool isn't nice. No way would I ever go with them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

I have used these people for the past 6 years with fairly decent responses. I bought a salt system, a new pool light, and a new pump/ motor. All of which have failed shortly after warranty. Swimming Pool Center would not go to bat on the warranties even though they were so close to expiration dates. My latest failure is the pool pump, A Davey Silensor Nirvana pump. It quit after a two year warranty at 2 years and 5 months. Swimming pool Center charged me 860.00 for this plus 200.00 for installation. Total was around 1100.00. Now it quit working and they won't even return my calls. Very chicken shit customer service. Was thinking I would have them do my pool resurface, it no way now. read more

Did a terrible job on my pool. Cracks all in the deck. Complained multiple times and they have never done anything about it. Rude workers. Don't show up when they say that are. Attempts to come multiple times and never show. Put caulking in the cracks and dried and expanded and POPS OUT of the cement. Wrong thing to use to fill cracks and joints period. Couldn't believe the service when you're putting in a ton of money into something that needs to last. Also have a pool leak as well now. Cost a ton of money and definitely unsatisfied. Going to report them if they don't do anything about it soon. Don't recommend to anyone. Go elsewhere​. I talked to the owner and still no concern whatsoever for my property. They've already been paid so they don't care anymore. I really don't write many reviews but this is honestly the worst service, worst job, worst everything. read more

PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THE CREW ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT PEOPLE I EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE. The pool resurfacing itself is great; love the new tile and mosaics (done by subcontractors) but the pool still has a major leak and the deck work would never be considered for any type of award.
