It took me 4 minutes, 5 phone calls, 3 emails and countless assurances that they would call me back to sort the problem... which they did, I always had to chase them! The only saving grace. There is no space, however the extortionate monthly price and fact you have to give 3 decades notice if you wish to leave, coupled with the fact you always feel welcome make this an unpleasant place to be. It's worth it if you really like flumes though as they are pretty fast. I was call in advance first as sometimes they don't have enough staff to have them all open at once.
