A great family day out. The Leisure centre offers several swimming pools; a family pool ( with wave machine), an olympic size pool and one with high diving boards. Maidstone Leisure Centre is just located outside the town centre in Mote Park, which is about 5 minutes away. The Centre offers several swimming pools, a great family pool with a wave machine and log flume, a brilliant olympic size swimming pool and another with driving boards. If you don't fancy swimming, and have small children, then polar adventure is a great place to take the kids to play, with a large soft play area and ice hill slides. I went here for swimming in last summer with my family. Swimming pool is good & not too crowded.But i was dissatisfied with changing room & toilet, it's dirty & stank. My child said that Dad we can't come here again. read more

The gym is ok, not that big but adequate can get very busy at peak times. The pools themselves are ok but you have to pick your time to go otherwise they can be a bit grubby! Downstairs at the polar adventure is fantastic! The kids are entertained for hours! My little boy loves it but be warned that with all the running around they do they will need a big bottle of drink on hand as it's really hot down there because of the heat from the pools. read more

Maidstone leisure is located just outside Maidstone town centre and is the place to join if you don't want to spend a fortune on the expensive gyms around Maidstone. There are lots of activities for all ages. Children can learn to swim there, mine did, and there are also lots of other clubs such as diving, trampolining and dancing. The swimming pool or leisure lagoon as it's called is one of the best swimming polls around. It has two flumes a lazy river and a wave machine. During the school holidays they put a large inflatable in the main pool which is very popular and if i were a few years younger i would use myself!! There are lots of aerobics classes and the instructors are very good and friendly, the atmosphere is not stuck up at all like some gyms. Any ability is catered for and it doesn't matter if you haven't got all the up to date clothes, a pair of trainers and a tracksuit will do just fine! read more

Great place to go for a swimm with the kids, because of the slide and pool. There is also a pool for real swimming in as well, so you lose some weight to. Also in the centre is a jungle jim for the kids and i think there is still ice slides there as well. read more

I love the gym, the instructors are all friendly and actually remember you. They take the time to get to know you and what your goals are. I go first thing in the mornings and weekends when there aren't many people there. The equipment is great and everything is clean. I do use the swimming pool sometimes, it's many full of kids at the weekends so can get a bit packed but there is hardly anyone in the pool in the mornings. The staff are all very friendly and easy to speak to. read more

Last time I was there, someone pooed in the pool. It was annoying as we all had to get out. But it made up for it as we could jump out the pool, but there was this larger lady who couldn't and she was in the rapids bit. The poo was chasing her and I do not think I have ever laughed so hard about anything since. We were given free passes for another day and the staff we really nice about it. The kids liked the jungle jim afterwards as well! read more

really good, large swimming pool with wave machine, large swimming pool with lanes for fast and slow swimmers plus another pool with a range of diving boards.there is also 2 baby pools plus a gym, classes and fun for the kids with toys to wear them out. good cafe as well serving food and drink close to fun pool. read more

great swimming pools loved it in here. kids had a great time too. didnt get chance to use the gym but looked through the window and it looked rather good. read more
