I am basing this review on the great customer service and running guidance. My husband and I went to look for new running sneakers for my husband. The great staff member, Dean, helped my husband pick out sneakers with slightly more stability due to some arch issues. Dean watched my husband walk to make sure he recommended the right type of sneaker. My husband was instructed to even jog outside (store is located in strip mall) to make sure the sneakers felt great. I myself got a pair of compression socks. We had a coupon from a ValuPak, so keep an eye out in the mail: 20% off clothing, 15% off sneakers. Also note: the store does carry gps running watches (e.g. Garmin 220), socks, accessories, and clothing.

She also listens to awesome music while you shop! The place also isn't overwhelming which is actually a refreshing feeling. There are two wracks - one is designer pieces she picks up to resell (at reasonable prices) and the other is a wrack of vintage clothes (all SUPER adorable). There are other accessories there, from belts, to head bands and scarfs, to shoes and bags, to jewelry. Tucked in the corner of the store is a dressing room too. Best of all, the selection changes throughout the week, as she is constantly updating her collection. The best part is there is a discount wrack outside and a $1 box - I scored a cute skirt and a cute travel bag in this overflowing treasure chest. Overall: what a sweet place to shop and I commend her for having such a fun store. Sadly I am a true thrifter and I rarely splurge on clothes, so I am waiting for the right dress out of her lovely selection to buy. But you can NOT do much better than Penelope for reasonable fashion! And you are helping out a unique seller and vision when you do!
