James is also an absolutely fabulous human being who puts love into every single dessert he crafts. For me it's like a touch of the happiest part of my childhood, complete southern comfort food. The sweet potato pie is out of this world, and the pumpkin is always perfection. I don't know how he gets the pie crust so perfectly buttery and flaky, but that's the best part for me.
