    Amazing customer service
    Delfina E.

This was my first visit to a swig location. My daughter had tried this location once before and raved about it. My two grandchildren absolutely loved the frozen hot chocolate. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the drink he tried with Mountain Dew concoction. My daughter thought they over did the dirty in her drink. As for me I did not order anything with coconut or fizz, so I was disappointed. The staff was great, very friendly

I love the concept of this place and it's perfect for the warmer weather to get a refreshing drink. They also have dessert and yummy shakes, my dog even got a pup cup. My strawberry boujee was delicious and I can't wait to come Back and try something else .

This location has a drive thru as well as a walk up window to place your order. The line for the drive thru was long so we walked up to order. The service was friendly and I really like the selection and combination of drinks they offer. That did however make choosing a drink difficult. I plan on returning and trying something new each time. At this visit I ordered the Shark Attack, Buttery Beer, and a Strawberry Breeze which I substituted the sparkling water for Sprite. We all really enjoyed our drinks and thought the flavors were great. What made this visit even better was the price point for the drinks which started at around the $2 range. I would say this place is reasonably priced, for a family of three we spent a total of $11 for our drinks.

I didn't want to fall for the hype of thsss soda places, but I was instantly excited by the look of the place and the signage. One of the first signs was about their dill pickle pretzel bites. Sold! So I got that and a soda with pineapple and sprite with boba. There was a little snafu with my coupon but the staff was super friendly and they fixed it as soon as they could. These kids are working hard and summer is about to begin! I recommend checking out some nice refreshing drinks... especially with the popping bubbles.

I have never had Swig before. The free drink for their grand opening gave me a chance to try it. When we arrived there were prob about 80 cars ahead of us. The line wrapped around the entire parking lot. Bless the Swig team they were pumping out sodas as fast as they could and kept a good pace. Team members walked down the row of cars handing out mini chocolate chip cookie samples. They were sooo good! The promotion was for a free medium drink. The medium was huge! It was what most places would call a large. 24 oz. That was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the buttery beer. A root beer with butterscotch and vanilla cream. It was very good. We enjoyed it. The team members were all super bubbly and helpful. Some of the members were seen running around. They really were hustling. We will definitely be back to try other flavors! Thank you for the chance to try this place!

Cute little shop offers drive through and walk up. Very friendly and young staff. Definitely, diabetes in a cup though. I'll try it again and maybe ask for less sweet see if it's better the next time. Though the flavor was great.

The FREE DRINKS promo was genius and I won't take away from the swig customer support which is phenomenal and welcoming because 2 caucasian idiots in the drive thru we're tryna bully me cus they felt entitled in the drive thru to go in front of me, yelling at my car, not brave enough to get out of their raggedy car, so I told swig customer service right away and they compassionately handled it before I got to the window, stating that those ppl in that car weren't nice and they were entitled so they had my back and it was a nice experience coming over to get this lovely free drink that I like bettter today than yesterdays drink! Both sugar free and the size is great! Thanks again!

Came here for the grand opening and I must say they did a fantastic job!! It was so well organized I was amazed!! Kudos to however thought of how to run things both days! And they gave free cookies too!! I waited in line 15 mins and got my drink. So now how were the drinks!?? They were amazing my fave is the island time is soo damn good. I also love that you can customize any drink! Definitely give this spot a try.

I was made aware of this place by mom and said next time I was on her side of town is check it out. I slightly overwhelmed by all the options mainly because I couldn't which ones to taste first. But I finally decided on the buttery beer and pink Bahama I ordered to the small for starters. My favorite from the two was the buttery beer which had root beer, vanilla crème, and butterscotch! There's no inside seating you can pull through to drive through or walk up to the window. I didn't wait long as there's two lanes and people outside taking your order. I will be back to try other options since there are so many options. Very chill area, tucked away in a small but expanding shopping center.

Mariah was the sweetest! Her energy was 10/10 ans she was patient with the drinks I ordered for my team! Thank you queen

We tried the Founder , Watermelon Sugar, Island times, Guava have it, and Poppin' Pineapple. If I rate it from fave to least favorite it goes like this. In #1 Poppin' Pineapple takes the cake but I do like sprite all around the drink was great since I love watermelon and pineapple, the strawberry popping pearls was a great addition. #2 had to be a tie between Island Time and Guava Have it both are good in their own ways. #3 Watermelon Sugar was not what I was expecting with the name watermelon since coconut cream was a little overpowering for me maybe if I modify with a different creamer it will be better and take spot #2 or #1. Last but not least was The Founder for no particular reason other than I like watermelon, mango and Guava drinks. I like the fact that Swig allows you to modify everything and I mean everything it's a great place if you want to do something fun with your drinks not your plain old soda. Want to explore and try something new definitely try Swig also the chocolate chip cookies are pretty good lol.

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

The recent visit was a little chaotic because my two-year-old nephew accidentally spilled my entire drink all over me . It made a huge mess on the table and floor, and I felt so bad. One of the girls came over right away to help clean everything up and was so nice about it. They even offered to make me a new drink, which I definitely wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Thank you again to her!! Stuff like that is why I keep coming back. The matcha is always amazing, and everyone who works here is so friendly. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good matcha spot in Vegas.

Some other spots in town have similar offerings and may be doing a better job at it. I ordered the J2. Jumbo Pomelo & Mango with Sago ($13.95) to share in our group. There was a wide variety of ingredients, generally tasting quite good. The actual mango fruit was soft and super sweet, there was perhaps a coconut jelly topping that was also nice, as well as a coconut ice that felt snowy in texture, a mango custard, and a decent helping of sago near the bottom. However, I wish that the mango ice cream wasn't so hard and icy, and I was disappointed later to realize that we didn't get any pomelo at all. I really enjoyed the pomelo the last time I had a similar dessert. The dining area did seem pretty clean at least, and they offered complimentary cups of water for each of us after I requested it. Napkins are cheap but freely available, and spoons are pretty sturdy despite being disposable plastic. Maybe I'll come back to this Hui Lau Shan location if I'm around Spring Mountain and find myself really craving their brand of desserts. But I'd prioritize different businesses if I were planning a trip.

Reviews of this Korean coffee shop were impressive enough for us to give it a try. This "hidden" coffee shop had "speakeasy" vibes as it was a bit hard to find. Online photos led us to a massive, unmarked medieval-style wooden door with an "open" banner. Definitely don't judge a book by its cover as the interior featured antique furniture, a glass atrium, soaring trees, and a 3-level wooden bookshelf-reading area designed like a grandstand with seating you could climb on. I suggest staying here awhile and enjoy the F&D inside as it is definitely social media worthy and a gem in LV's Chinatown. After saving our spot, the gang proceeded to order from the long queue at the bar area. Took photos and marveled at this cozy cafe while waiting for our assortment of coffees and baked goodies to arrive. I had The Gäbi (dry cappuccino topped with raw sugar and espresso grounds) while my wife opted for the velvety Einspänner. We shared a Berry Ricotta Brioche. I was able to taste the other artisan pastries (Ube Mille Cake, Tiramisu Croissant and Strawberry Shortcake to name some) from our group and they were as good as they looked. The only complaint is the pricier bill than what other coffee shops might charge. I guess this view is at a cost then. First time trying in a Korean coffee shop and we loved it! We would definitely return if we're in this neck-of-the-woods again.

We specifically wanted to stay off the Strip because Vegas prices on the Strip can be pretty wild, so we found this place through Yelp. The space is really cute and has a cool industrial feel, with books and other little touches that make it more interesting than your typical dessert spot. They even had a couch swing, which turned out to be a lifesaver when my toddler was getting a little cranky. The desserts were good, but I have to say the prices felt pretty steep for the portions -- around $12-$13 for a very small slice. We tried an ube dessert and a matcha dessert. The matcha one was definitely my favorite. It had this interesting French-style flavor/profile and felt more unique. The ube one was just okay for me. And as a Filipino, I have to be honest: putting ube in something doesn't automatically make it amazing. I feel like sometimes ube gets treated as the magic ingredient when it's really about how well it's actually executed. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars. It's a cute place, the atmosphere is fun, and it served exactly what we needed that day -- a casual little birthday-weekend dessert stop somewhere away from the Strip. I'm glad we found it, but given the prices and portion sizes, I'm not sure it would be a regular stop for us.

However, I do want to clarify one very important point regarding my service dog. He was calm, quiet, and completely under control throughout the entire visit. He was not active, disruptive, or vocal at any time. He is a trained service dog, not a pet. I also want to clarify that under the ADA, a person with a service dog cannot be required to sit outside simply because they are accompanied by a service animal. Service dogs are generally permitted to accompany their handlers in areas where customers are normally allowed. A service animal may only be excluded in limited circumstances, such as when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action, or when the animal is not housebroken. Neither of those circumstances applied here. So while I understand your policy regarding active or vocal dogs, that does not describe my dog or what happened during my visit. He was calm and caused no disturbance whatsoever. I sincerely hope your staff can be better informed about the distinction between pets and service animals so that another customer with a legitimate service dog is not made to feel unwelcome or told they MUST sit outside.
