I was serviced by two technicians who at first I felt were competent enough to work on my vehicle. Upon leaving I found it off that it took less than 5 minutes to complete a checklist and an oil change. They did an oil change but didn't even try to change the filter. Did not put a gasket onto the drain plug although it says it was . Didn't check the air filter, didn't check the any of the fluids that the receipt states is their "checklist", not the coolant, not the transmission, not the washer fluid. The wiper blades weren't checked nor offered. Windshield was not cleaned and tires weren't checked. I don't ask for much but I do ask for things done right the first time.
