We wanted to change the location of shower heads in our master bath shower (including re-plumbing) and replace the ceiling fan, but otherwise preserve the existing finish and tilework. Val came up with a thoughtful approach to minimize damage and rework, and offered a very competitive price (unlike several other contractors who wanted to make more extensive changes). He connected us with someone to help select the new hardware, and scheduled the job within a few days of us having the hardware delivered. Val worked incredibly efficiently and thoughtfully, taking just 2 days to complete the job and communicating with us throughout to ensure it was done right (e.g., placement of shower head, color-matching grout for the tile). He even improved the attic duct-work for the ceiling fan without us having to ask.
