Hired Trevor for my daughter's bridal shower. I can't say enough wonderful things about Trevor and his assistant! He brought his beautiful new green velvet bar as well! It's stunning and really added to the bridal shower! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure every single guest was taken care of throughout the entire event. The drinks were fantastic, and he kept everything running so smoothly that we didn't have to worry about a thing. So many of our guests commented on how great he was, and he truly helped make such a special day even more enjoyable. I hired Swift & Granite for my wedding in August 2026 and they were honestly one of my favorite vendors. I 100% recommend hiring them for any of your bartending needs. First of all, Trevor was an ABSOLUTE angel to work with. From the very beginning, he exhibited professionalism, amazing communication, and was so charismatic. Despite how chaotic wedding planning can be, I had zero worries when it came to our bar service. I'm not super well-versed with cocktails, so when I asked Trevor for expertise, he was more than willing to help me and my husband find drinks that were customized to us and our preferences while keeping our guests in mind. We had multiple calls to really fine tune our bar menu. He also made himself readily available to answer any of our questions when needed. You can really tell how passionate he is for his work and it definitely reflects in his drinks and the kindness of the staff. He was genuinely excited for our wedding! During the planning process, I got to have a tasting for the possible drinks for our bar menu. I had a great experience doing this with my friends and family. I got to meet Trevor in person and he showed me exactly how he makes each drink. Not only that, but he was constantly asking for my feedback on each drink, and would fine-tune them to our preferences. I've never experienced a bar service so personable before! Swift & Granite did an absolutely fantastic job during the wedding day as well. Trevor made my husband and I feel like VIP. Right after the ceremony, they brought each of our signature drinks down to the ceremony site so that we were able to try each one. The drinks were seriously THE BEST cocktails I have ever had. Not only that, but the mocktails were absolutely delicious as well; we got the french martini and strawberry matcha (SO GOOD). The drinks really elevated the feel of our wedding and truly made it feel like a luxury event. The staff did an amazing job of keeping up with the demand of our guests. They did a wonderful job, and I still have guests contacting me and telling me how delicious the drinks were. Thank you Trevor and all of the Swift & Granite staff for making our wedding day so memorable!! We cannot wait to hire your services again for our next event!! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Trevor and Alex absolutely blew me away at my 35th birthday celebration. I've hired bartenders before, but nothing--and I mean nothing--comes close to the level of service, professionalism, and pure charisma these two brought to my event. From the very first message, Trevor was on it. Organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in creating something special. We even had a personalized tasting (worth every extra penny), which set the tone for what became an unforgettable experience. My guests could not stop raving about him--Trevor was the star of the night with his warm personality and effortless charm. He wasn't just a bartender; he was a guest favorite. Guests were talking about him like he was a celebrity cameo I somehow managed to book. We're extremely detail-oriented, and Trevor matched us step for step. The glassware, the curated cocktail menu, the thoughtful questions he asked to understand our tastes--every detail was intentional and elevated. I wanted a speakeasy-style cocktail experience, and he delivered it flawlessly. The glassware? So GORGEOUS I considered stealing my own cups. I went with a four‑cocktail menu, and every single drink had people stopping mid‑conversation like, "Wait... what IS this?!" My love for speakeasy cocktails was fully honored, elevated, and then sent into orbit. The presentation, the professionalism, the way he engaged with guests... truly white-glove service. I will never hire another bartender for future events. Trevor sets a bar (pun intended) that others simply don't reach, and anyone he brings with him clearly shares that same standard of excellence. If you want an elevated, memorable, boutique cocktail experience--Trevor is your guy. Full stop. Just don't blame me when your guests start chanting his name. read more

We worked with Trevor and the Swift & Granite team for my recent Pink Party (to celebrate beating breast cancer), and they were phenomenal! We had several planning calls with Trevor about all of the details, designing signature cocktails, etc. He covered everything and was great to work with. We opted for the package where we bought alcohol/mixers/supplies, and the shopping list he provided made it easy. On the day of the event, the team showed up two hours early to setup, and then they dazzled guests for the next four hours! We had so many people comment on how amazing the drinks were in both taste and presentation. They truly produced consistent, beautiful, delicious cocktails all night. We can't recommend Swift & Granite highly enough - they would get 10 stars if that were an option. read more

Swift & Granite went above and beyond my expectations! I had never hired a bartending service before but Trevor and his team made it easier than expected. He was prompt at responding to the initial quote request made on his website (unlike others I had requested quotes from) and emailed me back within a day. We went over the type of event, how many people I was expecting and what I was thinking of serving. This was a memorial for our father, so I wanted to have the event be something he'd have enjoyed attending. It was a drop-in at his home over several hours so I was unsure of the exact number attending, but Swift & Granite worked with me to be sure we'd be all set regardless. They arranged a video call so we could meet and get it just right. We were only doing beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages and even though they do a speakeasy type set up more often, emailed me a shopping list and amounts of exactly what we'd need. Trevor stayed in contact before the event so I could make updates as needed. On the day of the event he and Vanny arrived early and with enough ice chests to set up and get the bottles cooling. The custom bar made it into the house and once set up was really professional looking. There was even a custom printed menu on the bar with details of the drinks. While we weren't doing cocktails, he suggested juice for a beverage choice, and was able to make spritz and mimosas that felt like glamorous cocktails. (Try the lime ginger mimosa, it's great!) Trevor and Vanny were so helpful seeing everyone had something to drink and stayed on top of it for many hours. They even greeted arrivals when I was called away. They were both friendly and professional at all times and a real delight to work with. I hope to work with them again some day! read more
