Keith at Fluid Bartenders served drinks to my family and friends at our micro wedding reception on Friday. Keith was very sweet and even asked me if I wanted a drink before the ceremony to calm my nerves before I walked down the aisle. During the reception, Keith noticed my and my groom's drinks were getting low and delivered new drinks to our sweetheart table. Even though it was a short walk away, it meant a lot to us! We greatly enjoyed having Keith as our bartender and would greatly recommend him and his team for great service for ANY occasion. He goes above and beyond. Thank you, Keith! read more

The staff at Fluid Bartenders were great, we were at a party last week and they made some tasty drinks, looked professional and were fun to chat with. We had unique margaritas that were simply delicious. Thanks again, you made it a great night for all the guests! read more

I was so impressed with Keith and Alma. It started off with the amazing responsiveness from Keith with every email I sent from inquiry to confirmation. He responded quickly, answering all my questions and provided expertise on product when needed. The night of the event (which was a very small family event at my house), he and Alma were professional, engaging and fun. I have to say that of all the events I planned for 4 days of family fun, this was the best. I would highly recommend Fluid Bartenders and I will be using them again when the need arises. read more

I had an event that required a bartender, and last minute I was able to hire a bartender with ALL the requirements (certification, etc.) needed by the venue. Keith helped reserve everything - he was responsive and helped advise on everything we needed to get/buy. Matt was our bartender for the day and he was the BEST! He went above and beyond to make our event great (on time, prepared, prepped the bar/kitchen, and even added garnishes to make a simple "cheers" feel more fun). He was very personable with our whole group and went out of his way to make sure we all had an amazing time. We (our whole party) would highly recommend him! read more

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was working with Keith the whole time over email about what we wanted and he was so accommodating, responsive and willing to work with me on ways to save to fit everything we wanted in our budget. He wasn't there on the day but the 2 guys he sent were soooo awesome! So fun, nice and funny! Great energy and great with our guests! Everyone loved them and so many people commented on how great they were! They really did make our wedding that much better! I would book them 100 times over and am referring them to anyone I know that's getting married! Again, they were AWESOME!!! read more

We hired Keith for my son's wedding in July 2018 Keith was so helpful and easy to work with. He helped us calculate how much alcohol to buy- supplies, etc. He was professional, punctual, kind, and so hard-working. Keith also provided extra staff to help with clean up during and after wedding and they were great too. My only regret was I didn't provide an umbrella for him and the other bartender. Poor guys probably got fried in the sun but they never complained sorry Keith. read more

I would leave more stars if I could! An absolute phenomenal experience and I cannot wait to use them again for a future event. Fluid Bartenders were our vendor for a celebration of life party. From the very beginning, they were looking out for us, double checking with the venue on booking issues, and making sure everything was going to run smoothly. Keith is the best to work with and his team really made the event extra special! And, of course, the cocktails were dynamite! I would only ever book them in the future! Keith and his team are fantastic. We hired them to bartend for our wedding at Sacred Mountain Julian. Everything was top notch - from the communication for months leading up to the event, to the detailed shopping list, to day-of setup, and finally the drinks themselves! Keith is a true professional and pleasure to work with. Our guests are still raving about the maple cider old fashioned that Keith suggested for one of our signature cocktails. And these guys worked their tails off to get everyone a drink quickly during our cocktail hour. Thanks again for helping make our wedding day so memorable Keith. Fluid bartenders was SO dang amazing!!!! We booked Keith for our wedding, and since the start he was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Everyone at our wedding complimented the drinks and kept saying how delicious the drinks were, but also said how quick and friendly the service was. We hired Keith for our baby shower party. Our event was at one of the facilities that belonged to city of Irvine. They are pretty strict about Irvine business license as well as proof of insurance, ... and it was a process for all of our vendors to submit all their documents. Keith took care of everything and everything was submitted smoothly. He was one of our best vendors of the event. He gave us a detailed list of what to buy and what to bring which helped us a lot. He also offered to bring his own portable bar at no extra charge, which was really nice! He showed up at our event on time and even stayed longer than he was supposed to. And most importantly, he did an amazing job serving our guests. All our guests loved him, and we got a lot of compliments about "our cool bartender". Will defiantly hire him for our future events and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a very cool bartender and a great service! read more

Hands down Keith was the best bartender I've encountered in any type of setting!!! He was a huge help and easy to work with from the moment I contacted him to see if he could bartend our wedding. He asked us some questions about our wedding party/guests and it was smooth sailing from there. He gave us options on how to obtain the alcohol, how much of it, and tips on what we would need. And he also has every bartending tool you could think of. He even helped out with grabbing the ice for us on our wedding day! We definitely recommend him for any bartending need you may have. The man is very professional and also very personable to talk to. Thank you for making our day that much better! read more

Keith Mooney is the best bartender ever. We got married in June 2018 and he was one of our favorite vendors! He was so helpful; he answered all my silly questions really quickly and he worked soooo hard during our wedding. He has a great attitude, and makes some good jokes too! Keith is so easy to work with! He brought his own tubs, picked up ice on the way to the venue, and was so great throughout our whole wedding! We hired Fluid Bartenders for our 120-guest wedding, and they really came through! Keith was in constant contact with us leading up to the wedding, offering a detailed breakdown of recommended alcohol quantities to purchase based on our criteria for our perfect reception. They jumped through hoops to get the right insurance forms for our very strict venue, Casa del Prado at Balboa Park. On the day of the wedding they showed up early to make sure everything was set up perfectly. All of our guests mentioned the wonderful service at the bar, and once the party got going it went off without a hitch! We would highly recommend Fluid Bartenders to anyone looking for great, friendly bartenders and spot-on service. Big thanks to Keith and James! read more

Keith is phenomenal. Just got done having Fluid at our event and we couldn't be happier. Keith was helpful every step of the way. I was a very inquisitive client, as I had never hired a bartender and Keith never made me feel silly. He helped me calculate how much alcohol to buy- supplies, etc. He was professional, punctual, kind, and so hard-working at our event. If you hire Keith for your gathering, he will not disappoint. If you are looking for a bartending team that is both incredibly professional and personable, look no further than Fluid Bartenders! We recently hired Fluid Bartenders for our spring wedding in Balboa Park and we could not be happier that we did! From the start, Keith was a pleasure to communicate with and worked tirelessly to make sure that we had the very specific insurance forms required for a city-owned, historic venue. He also helped to create a spreadsheet which gave us recommended amounts of each type of alcohol to purchase, including how much of each kind of beer and wine. This made our very large costco trip much easier! The day of the wedding, Keith and James arrived promptly despite the incredibly difficult parking situation around Casa del Prado. They brought their own tubs and accessories and set everything up perfectly. All of our guests raved about them and we caught a few people lingering at the bar just to continue conversations with them. Thank you Keith and James for making our night that much more amazing! read more

I hired Fluid Bartenders for my wedding in June 2018 Fallbrook, CA. I'm SO happy that I did because Keith and his team turned out to be incredibly professional, respectful, and hard-working! Throughout my wedding planning process, Keith responded promptly to my questions, provided an awesome mixed drink list to choose from, and sent a detailed alcohol shopping list which was super helpful. We chose Moscow mule and Old Fashioned, which were amazing. I rarely leave reviews for businesses, but I really had to for this one. I would say out of all my vendors that I hired for my wedding, Fluid Bartenders was my favorite one. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future events. read more

These guys are just awesome. I worked with Keith via email to come up with a list of everything we needed to buy and come up with a few signature drink options for our wedding celebration. Not only was he always responsive, but he was willing to change things up and go with the flow as our end time and signature drink requests changed. They showed up on time, made the bar look fabulous, and were dressed to impress for the event. As if that wasn't enough, I don't think a single person waited for a drink all night and the drinks were perfect. Hire them! read more

We hired Keith as our bartender for our wedding at Tower Beach Club and he was phenomenal. Our venue recommended him and we're so glad they did! He worked closely with us to determine how much of each alcohol and beverage we should purchase, based on the types of drinks and number of guests we had attending. He gave the option to buy buy and provide everything, or let us buy things (saves some money) and told us exactly what to get. We had Fluid Bartenders at our Wedding out at RimRock Ranch near Joshua Tree and I cannot say enough great things about working with them. James was an extremely prompt communicator a year out to book the event and then followed up a number of times to make sure everything was on track. Keith with Fluid bartenders was really great! Keith helped us every step of the way with providing us with an alcohol breakdown of what alcohol and how much we needed to purchase, shopping for and preparing our garnishes and supplies, and creating delicious drinks at our wedding.
