Katie exudes the most love and genuine spirit that I have ever encountered while participating in a Yoga practice. I am so grateful for her teaching, her heart and her guidance. (I haven't even taken classes from the other teachers yet but I had to post this after my first class with Katie.) Thank you Katie and Yoga Shine.

If there was confusion about memberships or waivers, that was due to inconsistent communication, not dishonesty on our part. Saying our "plan all along" was to get free workouts is an assumption, not a fact. We had no reason to waste our own time just to get two workouts. You also admit in your response that I was told to go ahead and work out before everything was finalized, which contributed to the confusion. Instead of acknowledging that there was a misunderstanding, you've chosen to publicly call us liars and question our intentions. I shared my honest experience so others could make their own decision. - it was our first time at the gym and believed the keypad was a form of communication, like much neighborhoods. It was advertised as a 24/7 so we assumed someone would answer. - Emilio, Eric's brother.
