It's down the street a way. Look for the big sign: King Nut/Peterson Nut Retail Store at 30600 Carter Street in Solon, Ohio. It's at the rear of a big warehouse type building. The shop is like a gift shop. It's very nice. Lots of almonds, pistachio and macadamia nuts are packed in different size bags. Same with the sesame sticks. There are a different kinds of snacks, too, and the small airline snack bags. Definitely check out this place. Seasonal candies are available. ICE-CREAMS - HOMEMADE!! There are plenty of ice-cream flavours to choose from and you will definitely find something that you like. They also have milkshakes, sundae's, floats, flurries, malts, etc. I got the Coconut Chocolate Almond and Salty Caramel Truffle flavoured ice-cream in a cup. Their ice-creams can be served in cones too. I enjoyed the ice-cream especially the salty caramel because I love caramel. The coconut chocolate almond tasted good too. Both flavours were very fresh. PRICES -- Very reasonable ($3 and up) and cheaper than Cleveland ice-cream shops such as Mitchell's ice-cream. BUSINESS HOURS -- They are opened from March through October every year so they close during the winter months. Look at their facebook page to find out when they open for the 2026 season.
