I love that they don't add ice so you do get a full cup of juice. I've had a few of the tostadas, all were good, helpful servings. Level of spiciness is indicated on the menu next to each item. They do offer the authentic Mexican water-based ice cream made with fresh fruit, which is delicious! As well as the regular dairy-based ice cream. No complaints from me, I did read the negative remarks on other reviews but have never had any similar experiences.... All my experiences have been delightful.

I ventured to this location and while I knew the cookies wouldn't be the freshest (I bought a too good to go box), the customer service experience was weird. She wasn't that friendly, didn't answer the phone when I called en route and was picking and choosing cookies to give me in and out the box. It was kind weird; typically that's already decided before you get there. Like would you have served these cookies to someone full price. Idk just stating. The staff was one of the biggest highlights of our visit. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. They checked on us often without ever making us feel rushed or interrupted, which is a balance that's surprisingly hard to find. Unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to the experience. While everything arrived fresh and looked appealing, the flavors were very underwhelming. Most of our meal was bland and lacked the seasoning or depth that would make us want to come back. We kept expecting each bite to have that classic diner comfort-food flavor, but it never quite got there. I genuinely wanted to love this place because the people and the atmosphere were wonderful. With a few improvements to the food, I think Magnolia Diner could be really good. I appreciate the hospitality we received and hope the kitchen finds a way to match the quality of the service.

And then we also ordered the Cherry bomb which is Pepsi (but we replaced with coke) and cherry, coconut, vanilla cream (and added fresh lime) which very much tasted like a cherry coke but was still yummy. I loved this whole experience and was so excited the entire time and this definitely lived up to the hype. I would for sure recommend checking this out if there is one near you:)
