    Chicken Pesto Parm
    Jaime M.

Paid over $16 for a bowl of spinach, 2 cherry tomatoes cut in half, a sorry amount of broccoli and NO chicken whatsoever. Maybe I'm hangry because I was so hungry when i wanted to order dinner but I'm beyond annoyed and obviously still very hungry!!!!!!

3 stars for this sweetgreen and I'll tell you why. The rating would be lower, but the food is actually good. The problem is this sweetgreen is spoiled by the brand's positive reputation and all the business received from online/3rd party app orders, that they really seem to not care at all about in-person customers. They seem to have forgotten at this location that customers are real people that can physically order in the store as well, and we want a pleasant ordering experience too. I had an astonishing bad in-person experience here a few months ago, I swear this is 100% real. There were signs plastered around the mall, at least 3 of them, for sweetgreen's new caramelized garlic steak. Enticed customer me walked in, tried to order it, and was told "sorry, it's going to be like 20 minutes." I had some time and really wanted to try the steak, so I went for a walk and came back. AFTER RETURNING TWENTY MINUTES LATER I was told, "uhhh...it's going to be a wait. You should get a different protein instead." Infuriating because I'm pretty sure they had more steak in the back, but it was reserved for app orders. Besides not giving a crap about in-person orders, they really need to give bigger portions for what they're charging. I expect my bowl to be loaded for what I pay for it, but it looks tiny in those geometric containers they use. Also DON'T GET THE STEELHEAD it's the tiniest piece of fish and always dry.

    Ripple Fries with Pickle Ketchup

The service was great, and on point! I ordered their new ripple fries with the pickle ketchup. The ketchup was AMAZING, and the fries were just okay as they were rather floppy.

I was happy to see a healthy fast food alternative to the burger and pizza places in the Arbor Hills outdoor mall. Sweetgreen offers indoor and outdoor seating. It has a diverse menu that allows you to mix a variety of fresh and healthy proteins and carbs. There are salads and warm bowls that can be filled with ingredients like quinoa, wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, baby spinach, and kale. Most of the proteins offered are chicken, but there are also salmon and shrimp dishes. I customized my Chicken Pesto Parm bowl on the Sweetgreen app, which also offered a discount. It was delicious and filling. I would love to see a Sweetgreen location open around Plymouth or Canton.

I've ordered this a few times since they opened and I'm such a fan. Love all the vegan and vegetarian options and how hearty and vegeful their bowls are so you can feel good about what you're eating. The Green Goddess bowl has my go to!

From the written menu, I thought this was going to be butterfly pea powder, cinnamon, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut whipped cream. However, when ordering the Blue Whale drink on the self serve order kiosk, it's described as "Blue Majik" spirulina/energy boosting botanicals (carbonated). The drink I got fit the latter's description. Would suggest updating the board :). I did get a little jittery afterwards, but unsure if that was from the "energy boosting" botanicals or from a coffee I had a couple hours earlier. (Or combo - I do tend to be more sensitive to caffeine, and assuming this drink was caffeine free.) Free WiFi and seating/outlets to do a bit of work here. Not a lot of seating for this, but it wasn't busy on a Thursday morning for a little work! Clean airy vibes, and convenient location in what I call the "Trader Joe's plaza".

Manager friendly, host helpful, server and the server in training- so sweet and helpful and warm. Nice and unique background music - 40's and 50's classics like Frank Senatra, Bing Crosby. The sexy crooners. It added a coziness and elevation to the experience. The food was - knock it out of the park great!! We were two people and might have ordered one dish too many but no worries there, it'll be good lunch the next day. All sauces and dressings are house made. You can tell that everything is done by hand. Thai chicken skewers- the sesame seeds are a cool touch! The sauces were good companions to the flavors but the chicken was slightly overdone. Maybe a skip. Bluecrab cakes - divine! Delicate, texture, crab forward with herbs. An absolute must! Lamb kofta- wow, beautiful spices, tender lamb. The tomato, eggplant chutney was earthy and hearty. The garlic tahini is mild and smooth. The combo with the kofta makes you feel like you're in a Dearborn restaurant. Authentic! Asparagus salad - is a summer special. The asparagus is lightly grilled, fresh beets are sweet and crunchy, hard boiled eggs to perfection- soft and fresh, prosciutto gives a great salty, meaty contrast and delicate vinaigrette. You feel like you're sitting on the beach in France on the ocean. Cowboy Cobb - the twist to a regular Cobb is fun with half an avocado, smoked salmon and another beautiful mint yogurt dressing. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. It changes seasonally so you'll never get bored.

I sat down and waited for my order, which was done in under five minutes. I took it home to eat and was very surprised at the generous size of the sandwich. The meat was flavorful. The tzatziki dressing was just the right amount. It wasn't dripping out of the bottom yet there was plenty of it. There was room to sat down and eight in as there are booths and a couple of small tables, but like I said, I was in a hurry. The bread was soft and overall, it was a very delightful sandwich . I would go back again and try other items. You should too!

We were welcomed in right away and I loved the friendly employees. The menu is completely vegetarian and many items can be made vegan. There is an Asian influence with lots of Korean flavors as well as Indian inspired dishes. We ordered the fried tofu sandwich with fries and the seaweed rolls (gimmari). Our food came out quickly and everything was hot and fresh. The fries were a large portion and super tasty (like McDonald's). I loved the seaweed mayo on the tofu sandwich as it does make it taste like a fish sandwich! The bread was a bit tough for eating as a sandwich but the flavors were great.
