I ended up coming twice -- the first time I found the Hawaiian-themed book I wanted within minutes, and the second time I took my time exploring. They are newly located in the Prince Kuhio Mall. I think it is a husband/wife team that runs the place. Can I just tell how much I was in heaven there?!?!?! Comics every where!! But .. I was in search of a particular one. And before you ask .. I'm not really one to buy them online, because I'd rather see them in person BEFORE passing any money off. Sometimes online, what you buy is not always what you get. I was in search of an old Howard Mackie Gambit edition. One that was part of a series. What I loved was that when I asked her (the wife) if she knew if they might have it. She knew off the bat that it was an old edition! Sadly, they did not have it. I was told that edition was hard to get in mint condition. When I was last there I was told that they are the ONLY comic book store in Hilo. I don't know if it's still the case but I think that awesome! I would highly suggest you check this place out for any collectibles you may be looking for. I will be back!!!
