The employee who assisted me provided thoughtful suggestions and had concise answers to any questions I had. When I decided to move forward with the order I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were. To top off the excellent service, I had initially decided to have a family member pickup the arrangements on the day of the wedding. The morning of I received a call from one of the employees stating that due to the predicted warm weather - they wanted ensure the arrangements were as fresh and protected from the elements as possible and stated they'd happily deliver our arrangements at no extra charge. HOW INCREDIBLY THOUGHTFUL! The arrangements were everything I asked for and more. I call them and they give me some BS excuse that the greenery is not in season and that's why they didn't add it. I ask why they didn't call to let us know this when they were making the bouquet, and I get an IDK IM SORRY! It's a damn wedding bouquet and they just don't care! They offer to have me drive back to add some different greener, or take it back for a refund. The wedding is TOMORROW and they just have no care in the world. It would've been nice to get the call and have been offered the alternative greenery when they realized they couldn't add it. So much for supporting small businesses.
