The polish ice here is super icy while having a creamy consistency. The ice is refreshing and perfect for a hot day at the beach. They offer you samples of each flavor. I suggest you get a half and half that way you can get two flavors in one cup! (Take a look at my attached picture to see how they present a half and half cup of polish ice.) I really like their watermelon flavor. It reminds me of a watermelon jolly rancher in its frozen form. The mango flavor almost tastes like I am taking a huge bite out of a super ripe mango. The cotton candy is not super sweet and it tastes more like sweet nectar. This place is a must if you happen to be on the boardwalk :) FYI-- this stand is very close to first street!
