It was super hot, so we wanted to cool down with a Snoball - we chose half lemon-lime, and half blue raspberry - this was absolutely refreshing and delicious! Not too sweet, and the syrup tasted like it was homemade and it was just the right amount to flavor the ice! If those flavors aren't your thing - no worries! They have a chalkboard that lists an overwhelming number of flavor choices! We also noticed some ice cream made from a local farm, so we purchased 3 tubs to-go (which ended up being super delicious!). I really like their watermelon flavor. It reminds me of a watermelon jolly rancher in its frozen form. The mango flavor almost tastes like I am taking a huge bite out of a super ripe mango. Gather up those coupons at your hotel. Or walk into a hotel and get them that way. Otherwise, prices here are high for what you get. Plus, there are better ice cream options further down the boardwalk. The ice cream tasted okay here, but for the price, again, just not worth it with the other options around. If you get that flavor burst on your cone for a dollar extra, it's a bit on the outside and barely anything within. And for whatever reason, our ice cream from this place melted faster than any other cones we got during a week of daily cone feasting. I dunno why. It's not bad ice cream. It's just hard to justify the price when there are better options nearby. Save the coupon and use it if you want to give Sweet Spot a try. Otherwise, I'd keep walking down the boardwalk.
