I called Earth and Sugar to ask if they had any Funfetti gluten-free available that day (they didn't, which I totally understand!), but they kindly held three vanilla/vanilla cupcakes for me to grab. When I arrived, I spotted their chocolate chip cookies and couldn't resist trying one. It was incredible--a little sea salt on top, slightly doughy in the middle, and full of flavor.
