I couldn't be more impressed with Natacha after she did my hair and makeup for my sisters wedding…read morein October! It was a destination wedding so no trial which had me a little anxious but I showed her two pictures of what I wanted to make up and hair and then bam, I was madeover and felt fabulous! Also, at 12 hours after the team did my hair and make up, my curls were still intact and my make up only needed blotting, one powder retouch and a gloss after eating. No concealer creasing, no brow fading, I was thrilled. It was exactly what I wanted and also they were just fabulous additions to our day as we spent the whole morning with the bridal party. I highly recommend!

We are so glad to have worked with Natacha for our wedding at Sea to Sky Gondola in Aug 2023. She…read moredid the makeup for myself, bridesmaids and MOG. She and her assistant (Julie) did an amazing job! They were very helpful and ensured that everyone got what they were expecting --- if not more! Everyone they did received a lot of compliments. They also ensured it was a safe space for everyone during the makeup session -- there was no feeling of insecurity and uncertainty. I love the little goody touch up bag she gave me after doing my touch up -- and I didn't know that she also gave one to my daughter, it was so sweet of her. Also, she offered to fix up my hair after the ceremony (as it was probably a mess with the rain and the little hike we did) even though she wasn't the one that did my hair -- that was very thoughtful and sweet of her. She really did go an extra step with her services!!! Natacha also did our ceremony and we loved every bit of it. She made the time to meet us days before the wedding. We are so grateful that she took the time to meet with us days before the wedding -- as we are not from British Columbia, that meant a lot to us. Throughout the process (from beginning to the end) the connection and communication was great! She took the time to get to know us and our story. We also love the fact that she made our wedding vows extra special by painting a card of the venue -- for keepsake. It turned out beautifully! Natacha, we cannot thank you enough for everything that you had done for and during our wedding. We love you for being an amazing person overall. Thank you so much!!!!!

I need to warn everyone about my recent experience with 2545 Salon & Spa (875 Gibsons Way #102)…read more On October 14, 2025 I paid $93.45 (tax in) for an "Unlimited Monthly Tanning Pass". What actually happened: -Used it successfully only three times. -Next three visits (during posted hours) the salon was randomly closed. The first 2 times had no notice. The third time, just a sticky note saying "understaffed, appointments only and to call the Sechelt location. -I called asking what was going on and if I could get a refund or extension since I tried numerous times to use my package. It's only for a month so I only have so much time to use it and when the hours on google are posted as OPEN, I should be able to access the beds. Owner Lauralye replied by email, said I was being aggressive on the phone and banned me. Completely false information. I never even raised my voice so this one threw me for a loop. When I kept asking for my money back, she permanently banned me in the same email thread. They offered a partial refund which was never received. I left a 100% factual 1-star Google review with receipts attached they got it removed/hidden. Now they are leaving themselves fake google review. Laughable. When I kept pushing, they threatened me with legal action and accused me of being "aggressive" (I have every email -- I was nothing but polite the entire time). Zero refund, zero apology. So yeah - they have no problem stealing people's hard-earned money, then threatening to sue you if you dare speak up. I cannot believe I have to go through this for ninety-three freaking dollars that they simply decided to keep. I have my receipt, and the entire email chain (including the ban, the legal threats, the fake "aggressive" accusation, and the deleted review). Happy to privately show everything to anyone who messages me. Please think twice before you hand this place any prepaid money - tanning packages, gift cards, whatever. I've now had to file with Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) and my credit card company for a chargeback. Just posting this so nobody else in Gibsons loses almost $100 and then gets threatened for daring to complain. Sad that it has come to this but I have exhausted every option and tried my best to deal with this privately. Unfortunately I have been pushed too far. It's almost Christmas and these days, every dollar makes a difference. This is my hard earned money after all. Support local... but not when the local business keeps your money, deletes your review, and threatens to sue you for telling the truth.

I have had the privilege of working with the Lezara Team for 12 months and have experienced several…read moreof their treatments and products to support healthy, glowing skin. I have had multiple treatments of: Venus Viva, Hydrafacial, Laser Hair Removal, Mesotherapy, IPL, Botox (all with the lovely Valencia, professional, experienced and feels like sunshine for your soul), a dermoscope exam to check for any concerning moles (along with a few removals including Basal Cell Cancer), and have incorporated a comprehensive home skincare routine with ZO products. The primary reason I started with Lezara was to address hormonal cystic acne. Along with these treatments and products, I have also undergone systemic acne treatment directed by Lezara's GP Dermatologist, Dr. Malherbe. This is my first time partaking in medical grade skincare treatments and products supervised by a physician, and I am delighted with the Lezara Team's knowledge, experience, and professionalism. Equally amazing is their warm hospitality, genuine care and conversation, and customer service. One of my favourite aspects of the Lezara program is the regular follow up consults with Dr. Malherbe to assess progress and determine next steps to achieving goals. If you haven't had the honour of meeting him, Dr. Malherbe is one of a kind. He is truly a jack of all trades (he even delivered my son via emergency C section, performed his circumcision and my husband's vasectomy). Dr. G deeply values the mental health of his patients and acknowledges their health beyond the physical. Dr. Malherbe's extensive, world class training and experience, his work ethic, his ability to communicate and connect, and his values are at the helm of Lezara. Many patients including myself, come to Lezara to help restore and preserve their appearance in order to feel more radiant, resulting in a greater sense of self esteem. Natural aging, as well as growing and raising tiny humans, can take a toll on a woman's body! I highly recommend Lezara to anyone desiring to feel more radiant, vibrant and beautiful, which will ultimately elevate the confidence with which they show up in this world!
