(Her usual initial price is high, but fills are much cheaper. Spend the money.) I drove all the way from Surrey to Abbotsford to try her lashes, and I LOVE them! I don't mind driving all the way back for fills every 3-4 weeks :) I'd had my lashes done at Noir Lash Lounge before, and they looked nice, but if you accidently rubbed your eye or slept on your side, they would stab you in the eye. And they didn't last nearly as long. Lesson learned : Spend the money and get them done right! They look and feel way nicer, and last longer! (AND I don't have to sleep on my back with the fear of having my eyes poked.)

I'm not one to review much but as I had spent countless hours looking for the right place/person, I…read moreopted to post my two cents (more like 5 given the length! My apologies) but just in case this may help someone avoid time searching as I had. I had my eyebrows done a couple of years ago by Jaclyn (met her thru a client referral) but have since relocated to another major city outside of BC. Unfortunately, after much digging-but needing to have them done again-I couldn't find anyone in my new city that was on par with her work and price point (not to say local artists were not good, but unfortunately I did not find work to be as natural or detailed as had been done by Jaclyn) so I attempted to schedule something in for when I knew I'd be next in Vancouver and much to my delight I was able to book an apt during my holiday travels. I'm so glad I did! Jaclyn went above and beyond to accommodate me and to say I was 'beyond grateful' would be an understatement in the fullest sense of the word. Jaclyns' naturally soft and gentle demeanour makes any trip to her office very comfortable and relaxing (a gem in this crazy fast paced world) yet she's extremely knowledgeable and powerful in her work (I later learned that art work shown on studio website are her own but just another testament of the craftsmanship and attention to detail she possesses). Her price point is excellent and very competitive. I had done my homework on higher end boutiques, even in my new city (sometimes I think the more expensive something is the better quality it will be, but not always the case and this is a prime example)-however, most were a third to double more in price, yet even then I was not satisfied as with my original work with Jaclyn. Eyebrow makeup can very quickly go from artificial looking to dead on looking like a stencilled tattoo. I wanted mine as extremely natural as possible. Jaclyn achieved this second time in a row. She's a phenomenal artist, worth every penny, and definitely one to consider if you're searching for these services. 10 stars if I could

I've been here a couple times now, the first was shortly after it opened in this new location. The…read moreservice was amazing both times and great prices this is why I gave it a high rating. However, this last visit was not as pleasant due to a loud group of clients that felt the need to yell at each other at a volume where I could not even hear the aesthetician right across from me. There is a sign that says to speak in hushed times, put your phone on silent, and basically respect that others are quietly enjoying their treatment. Management needs to enforce this rule and keep the atmosphere enjoyable for all.

I would NOT recommend this Salon to anyone, it is just absolutely terrible. The prices and products…read morethey sell are all a rip off. They've done my hair several times, over charging me. But the worst part is the head manager, she was so rude and stuck up and made me feel very unwelcome. She treats her staff like dirt infront of clients and her receptionists are also very mean. I left the Salon so upset with the whole experience, if I could give them anything less than 1 star I would.
