I had multiple people that recommend coming here so i took a 30 minute drive to check it out....but i was very disappointed and honestly just got my feelings hurt. i went in with my sons old clothes and they told me it be a 30 minute wait before they even start looking at it. i said thats ok and said id wait in store so that i could look around 10 minutes later they tell me the "offer" was ready. they told me it was stained and peeling and decided not to take anything, that isn't true and i can prove it. i just feel that my items weren't even looked at and that's truly not fair. the clothes that the lady's were currently viewing was in the same condition as what i brought in. im not sure if it was discrimination but i felt that it was and not even give my items a chance wasn't fair and i will never be back. read more

The workers have horrible service and are liars I was going through town for a family reunion and double checked even triple checked they'd be open on Father's Day when I came back through town on Sunday and I am here right now staring at a sign that they are closed. This is horribly unprofessional that I went out of my way on a triple confirmation for the owner and zero workers to be here this bassinet I've been searching for everywhere and the store had it sitting there for months according to workers. This rating is based off of resale items. I went into the store to see about reselling a pomo bab playset that is still in the box from delivery (never been opened). I had purchased this to give as a baby shower gift, and the person I purchased it for had gotten one from her mother. I tried to return it back online from the original store, but it was over the days allotted. I figured I would take it to Sweet Repeats to see if I could recover some of the $93.00 that I spent. The saleslady was nice and asked us to look around while they assessed the item. After about 10 minutes, she called us back and stated she would give us $30 for it so they could sell it for $50. A perfectly brand new item that is what they sell to a customer for $...I will keep it for a family member or friend than here. The store looks like it has a lot of items to purchase, but as far as consignment, this is not the place. read more

This used to be my 2nd option for resale of kids' stuff. Of the 3 times I have been here, I have nothing to complain about. The staff is always polite and the buyback is fair. For a small box of kids shoes and a couple other items, they paid out $25. Not bad. On average, you should expect a buyback at the rate of 1/10th of the original cost of the item. read more

Always great finds here! Don't go and buy brand new products without checking this place out first!! Everything looks brand new just a discounted price. Here's some things I love about Sweet Repeats....The staff is friendly and I usually can find what I went there for. They offer a stamp reward card, there's always a themed section of various sized clothes for the upcoming holiday, they sell clean, reliable equipment, and label it if it doesn't work or if it needs batteries, and they also have a HUGE sidewalk sale a couple times a year where each item is only $1. The only downside is that some of the used clothes are priced a little too high for being used. I wanted a cute July outfit but put back what I picked out because I don't believe in buying used items at a brand new price. But I did find an alternative there with a price I liked. read more

Worst fucking place ever! Got home to realize the stupid girl behind the counter over charged me, Double rang up almost half of what I had. THEN tells me my card was declined, with her ripping it through the card machine like slot machine I'm not surprised. My bank shows the money was pulled and they want me to return the products I paid for. Brought some toys and a big bag of girls clothes in to trade. They told me they would go through the bag and call me the next evening. Ok cool! So next day: I get a call and they tell me they cannot take ANY of the clothes due to the condition. Which was weird to me because several of the items had never been worn and still had tags on them. So I tell the girl I would come get them. And she says "WELL WHEN WILL YOU COME GET THEM??" Like I was a hassle. Rude. So they get out the bag and I look inside of it..THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT THE CLOTHES. All the items were exactly in the same position they were when I brought them in. And they said "well maybe they weren't the right size". RIGHT SIZE?? You guys sell babies clothes of ALL AGES. So instead of just asking me a couple questions and telling me they had to much stuff and can't accept anything right now, they take the clothes and just throw them In the back and don't touch them and make Me come all the way back to pick them up. Waste of time. Side note: With all the money they make all of these items you would think they would at least buy some shoe racks that don't fall off the wall every time you look at a pair. read more

I bought maternity clothes here. Really great selection!! An entire wall of maternity clothes in various sizes for work, working out, and casual wear. This store is not organized and very dirty. Decided it was time to sell a lot of the clothes my son didn't use or need. I brought in a bin and a large bag of infant boy clothes. At least 100 different articles of clothing. Some still had tags on them. The next day, I was told out of all the items I brought in to sell, they couldn't accept one item because of the condition! The teenagers that run that place probably didn't even go through any of the clothes I brought in because like I said, some items still had tags!!! They sell me a pack n play that smells like it's soaked in carpet cleaner. I did t notice it until I got home and put my infant in it. He wreaked of the smell. Attempted to sell a car seat, stroller and infant swing earlier today and was told they won't buy the car seat because it's the wrong colors. The associate said they only have two girl colors car seats and since mine is black and red they won't buy it, even though I used this car seat for my daughter. Worst place to sell baby clothes or gear. They give you more for inside store credit then cash. The clothes i brought was Carter's, nike , puma and other, they only offered me $9 for 8 sets and they didn't want to take single onesie. Then the lady tells me that's it's because it not in season but there's huge sign say all seasons are accepted... it's better to go to Once Upon a Child. The store was well organized and the merchandise was high quality...but so were the prices...too high in my opinion. I did however find a few small trinkets but as I was waiting in line I quickly changed my mind. Perhaps my standards are to high, but I hate when businesses make you feel as though they are doing you a favor. The employees were cold and frowning. I didn't feel welcome or valued. If I am going to pay above average prices I want above average service. I have a suspicion that they advertise they buy everyday but don't actually.. I brought a huge box of baby girl clothes 6-12 months. I didn't expect them to take it all but at least half of it was in really nice barely worn condition. Brands were cArters and target brands. After three days they called to say they couldn't take any of it due to condition. By the view of their overflowing messy stock room, I have a hunch that they were just not in the position to buy more clothing. I will never shop here again. read more

I had been searching for a tricycle for my son. When my mother saw a picture of one this store had for sale on their FB page, she sent it to me. So first thing I did the next morning, was drive to their store before opening time, only to be turned away because they had it "on hold" for someone on FB. This establishment does not value customer's time at all. It should be first come first serve, whoever walks in the store and wants to buy something should be able to do so. This is business 101! They do not advertise products anywhere else but FB, so if you do not have a social media account, then you shouldn't bother going into their store. They might turn you away, because someone else on FB may have what you want on hold! How stupid. They seriously need to reevaluate their sales strategy, because what they're doing now is poor business. read more

The reviews of this place go to show that people expect too much when taking items in to sell. I've looked in this store, the stuff is all nice. I don't buy used stuff for my son, but if I did, I'd rather not be sorting through a bunch of faded, so-so clothing. I've sold here twice and I would definitely say what they've offered me for the items they want has been fair each time. I understand people are on a budget and it can almost be insulting when they don't take certain items... but they're a business. Period. They know what sells and that's what they will buy from customers coming in. I hope anyone reading reviews for this place will give them a shot! The staff could be a little more cheerful, that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But judging by these reviews, I'd be in a bad mood too! I love this place! It's a very clean store and well organized. The prices are good and I can generally find what I need even for my 11-year-old! But, if you have something to consign they totally have u bring everything and pick thru only choosing wht they want and then they rip you off for it even when you are going to use it as store credit. This is NOT the place to sell ANYTHING. Yesterday , I brought in a fisher price infant to toddler rocker and a tot of clothes, mostly name brand and in near new condition. The girl tells me it will be $14 for the seat and they'll look through the tot and call me tomorrow (today). They never called so I called them. She says it'll be $2 for what they could take. So I go up there and they have a pair of hard sole Jordan infant shoes, a bag of socks and 2 or 3 onesies... for $2??? I said I'll just take it all back. She then tells me it'll be $14 of IN STORE CREDIT or $5.60 in a check for the seat. I wanted the seat and tot back but they'd ALREADY SOLD THE SEAT!!! And only told me about the in store credit TODAY, AFTER SELLING THE SEAT!!! They're bs. NOWHERE in the store OR online does it mention being more for in store credit than cash. Save your gas and have a yard sale. It'll be better for you than wasting time with them. read more

I found the staff to be very rude, I felt taken advantage of with the items I took in to sell, and also dropped of a bin of clothes with the promise of a callback the next day and still haven't heard back after three days. I am not at all impressed and will not be going back. A large majority of items that they had for sale seemed very overpriced being second-hand. read more
