If you are like me, you can use a little help around the house year-round. Let me tell you how Kept Clean completely improved my life by improving my surroundings. When I moved to NC I had a huge amount of "stuff" to put away into a smaller amount of living space. I lived like that for months because I needed help organizing and consolidating my belongings and didn't know what to do. When I decided to look for professional help, Tammy of Kept Clean was the perfect person for the job. She and her team came and assessed my needs, assured me that everything was doable, and quoted me a very fair price for the job. Within a matter of days, my house was looking fabulous and I was feeling amazing about where I live. There is nothing like coming home to order! Kept Clean did a great job ensuring that I was pleased with their work, and that I was a part of the process throughout their time in my home. It was awesome working with Tammy and her team, and I would highly recommend Kept Clean to anyone looking to improve their surroundings at home or in their business. Don't let a little mess get you stressed because Kept Clean will handled it all! When you call them up, tell them Kindra Speech sent ya.

We just purchased a second home in NC. We live in AZ and so most of this has been done long distance which makes his good communication all the more vital! We had the entire wood floor sanded down and re-stained etc. Which left sawdust EVERY WHERE! We needed the house thoroughly "Wiped" down so that the painter can now come in and do his job without sealing saw dust permanently on our walls etc.! Chris came to the house and did a walk through. He gave me enough confidence to leave him with a key and allow him and his crew to go into my empty home with BRAND NEW wood flooring. He assured me they would take the utmost care to not scratch or ding anything. I totally believe him :) This is a small business which I totally respect and want to encourage the "American Dream". I hope that anyone reading this will at least give him the opportunity to bid your cleaning project!

There are a few times in life when you find a gem of a helper, who not only does what you need them…read moreto do, but goes over and above. Joselyn at FRC Cleaning Services is just such a jewel. We hired her to help with our AirBnB turn over: we needed someone to clean the house, wash the sheets and towels, get the rooms ready for guests, and generally make the house shine. We tried other cleaning services, but they would leave things undone. Joselyn not only keeps every surface dusted and shiny, but she sets out flowers fresh from the garden on the coffee table! When she cleans the house for us personally, and not for guests, she puts out our own towels and makes sure that our personal effects are in order. (Once, she stayed all day to make sure all the laundry was finished.) Not only that, but she is super prompt and very responsive. I can text her at any moment. She even wished me a happy Mother's Day this year, with a sweet little e-card. It's not very often that you find an organized, responsive, thorough, friendly, and generous with her time and energy. I couldn't ask for better help. I hope Joselyn continues to build her thriving FRC cleaning service in Raleigh, helping many other AirBnB hosts with their house cleaning. She deserves all the success in the world!

Please do not hire Molly Maids! I hired them for a move out cleaning which was scheduled for June 5…read more2025. I informed the representative that I needed a comprehensive cleaning. I was told that I didn't need to worry because the cleaners know what to do. On June 4 I received a text letting me know the estimated time the cleaners were expected to be there. On June 5 I went to my apartment to unlock the door before I went to work. All day I was expecting a text to let me know that the cleaners had arrived or at least finished. When I didn't receive a text by 2:00 pm I ran to my apartment just to see if the cleaners had been there. I opened the door and the smell of bleach let me know they had cleaned so I looked the door and ran back to work. Around 3:00pm I sent a text about how much I would be charged. I was told that the cleaners were there just shy of 2 hours and I would be charged $236. It wasn't until the next morning when I went back to my apartment to see what the cleaners had done did I realize how bad the job was. The list of what they didn't clean is longer than the list of things they did clean. I had to go back to my apartment after work to clean what they missed. 1) the oven was only partially clean 2) they didn't clean the warming drawer of the oven 3) they didn't clean the toilet 4) the bathtub was just wiped down 5) they didn't clean the hair in the drain 6) the cleaner they used damaged the drains in the tub and bathroom sink. 7) the vacuuming they did was horrible because there was cat hair and debris left behind. I was asked to write a review and I did. I was contacted a short time later. They were sorry I had a bad experience. I was then told that if I had contacted them last night or this morning they could have sent a crew out to fix it. I was also told that they would talk to the staff about my experience. So their solution to a poor cleaning job they did is to blame the client. I am never using them again!
