They then were able to come out on Monday and give me an estimate. Was $500 for my driveway, sidewalk, and siding all around the house. They did the job in a couple of hours, kept me apprised as it was happening (I was at work, so they texted me photos), and they accept payment via Zelle & Venmo. And the house and driveway/ sidewalk look great! All-in-all, professional, responsive, and reasonable price-- I recommend them!

Only the exterior got done, and I had to clean the inside myself. For the price paid I could have done the whole car myself. I would not recommend to have him clean your car. I tried to hire him for a third job, this to make sure my movers (Tip Top Movers), didn't mess up my floors or walls. They did great, for $200, including tip. And I hired U-Haul for $100. All to move out of one house, into another. APVM wanted to charge me $300, and they didn't have to lift a finger, or provide materials. I learned from my movers that they wouldn't use shoe coverings, or take off their shoes, or walk on any surface without maximum traction. So for APVM to charge me $300 to supervise was ridiculous. I won't be hiring them for any more jobs. As a side note, they market themselves as being BBB accredited, but according to the BBB website they let their accreditation lapse. They also let their website go due to low foot traffic. I would find someone else who is insured and reputable.

His crew of 3 men led by long-time supervisor, Kwamaine, did an excellent job of washing all my windows, as well as blowing off the roof, pressure washing the picket fence, house, patios and brick walls and walks. They were all extremely conscientious, and did an excellent job in about 3 hours. The price was extremely reasonable. I plan to have them back very soon to pressure wash my driveway. The first day when they came to clean, I had noticed the roof and gutters needed cleaning out first because the debris would come down on the clean windows if not done first. No problem! I feel like a trespasser in my own backyard…read more I mean wow! It looks like a completely different yard. We originally called Brayan from Vert because we thought we'd be able to tackle all but it proved to be way too much to take on. There was ivy growing everywhere, an abundance of weeds, and a BUNCH of yard waste left by the previous owners that was harmful to our dogs. Brayan was able to clear our half acre backyard out with ease, and what would've taken us weeks took him just one day. He was knowledgeable about which plants were harmful to our pets and even showed us some azaleas we didn't know we had growing. He was patient with our (overly) friendly pups and so kind.
