Additionally, they have a policy that states if you miss an appointment twice or more you are charged $50. This includes if you were to call under the 24 hours notice. Does not matter the circumstance. However, this apparently does not apply to them. Twice they have called the morning of to reschedule with the expectation of understanding the circumstance. This coupled with a few uncomfortable experiences is what has done it for me. Dells Dental... treat your customers how you wish to be treated. Hold yourselves to the same expectations of your customers. When you feel your own rules don't apply to you this leads to a rather unsavory experience.

No pain, no bite problems, no anything. My husband also goes to Dr. Moen and agrees 100%. In fact my hubby had 3 teeth repaired after an awful dentist in Prairie du Chien (who left suddenly around 2009) put three crowns in that resulted in bite problems and damage to a tooth. Dr. Moen fixed all those problems. Dr. Moen is professional, extremely high-skilled, and a perfectionist. I used to live near by and was referred by a friend to Joel back in 2009. I started visiting way back then. At that time they were located down on Main Street. I have only received the very best care and ultimate kindness by staff from day 1. Years later they moved to their current location. Since then I've moved an hour and a half away. I have come back a several times, and then when I thought it was too far to drive, I decided to visit a couple of dentists in my local area, which all of them ended up a nightmare.. So here I am back again in Lodi driving an hour and a half for a dental appointment. After the last dentist visit in Beloit, who jacked up my teeth. I called here to see if I could get a visit they got me in in less than a week and when I got here for my appointment I had assumed I would need two crowns and I was correct. I definitely needed two crowns. Although I only had an appointment to have them take a look at my teeth. They told me we know you have a really long drive. We can fit you in today if you don't mind, So I said yes!!!! And here I am having them put in same-day crowns on both teeth, I don't have to come back for multiple visits. I don't have to have a temporary crown. This place is amazing! I feel like no matter where I move. I will always come back to Lodi Valley Dental for dental work.!!!!! Also, everything here is state of the art, their cameras, their x-ray machines, their crown making machine. Not only was I treated extremely well and compassionately in all areas of care, the level of skill and dentistry involved was really A++. Their approach is truly client centered. Their office is run with a real team level of cooperation and integration, from the receptionist at the door to the assistants and doctors. The procedure I went through with them (dentures) was life changing and difficult for me. But they adeptly guided me in my choices and worked hard to assist me through this difficult transition. Today I enjoy smiling again, I wear a full set of dentures comfortably; and I consider myself lucky to have found them, and therefore able to write such a good review. Hart and Olson is by far the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Olson is kind, competent, and pleasant. I've had a few hygienists here over the last couple years, and each have been excellent. The office staff is helpful and professional. The facilities are top-notch, and equipment is always very modern, clean, and comfortable. Portage is *very* lucky to have a dentistry office of this caliber.
