They cancelled my appointment because I didn't fill out paperwork a week ahead of time. I received the paperwork only a couple days prior...

It only takes one bad apple. I suppose. I have anxiety. my husband told them about it and everyone…read morethere was AMAZING at the beginning. Now just a little history I have not been to a dentist in 10 years and well unfortunately im about to explain why I probably won't be going back to one for another 10 :-( I suffer from gum disease, my bone is diminishig as we speak all was confirmed the lady who did my x-rays was awesome then my dental hygienist came in. Not in her defense she is simply going based off her college degree and everything she was taught. But arguing with someone about their OWN BODY is a big no no in my opinion. She hit me RIGHT AWAY with the bullcrap on do you brush your teeth every day? do you drink energy drinks etc. I began to get defense BUT was able to check myself back and be nice simply stating that all of the women on my moms side SHE HAS 7 SISTERS btw and 2 brothers. all the women had full dentures before they hit the age of 40 ( all live in different states and see different dentists and practice different hygiene ) the common factor being children. ALL including my own mother (rip) had great teeth until after they started having babies. also I am tongue tied very badly with contributes to the way saliva and food get digested and torn apart anyhow I have a million reasons that go AGAINST me and my teeth. also the fact my jaw is not lined correctly I suffer from over bite as well as lock jaw and migraines BUT she wanted to skip all that laugh at me tell me NONE is hereditary ALSO that having children and your teeth health is a MYTH. yea.... but yet my moms brothers have no teeth problems ? hmmm strange. But again not her fault she paid big money to attend whatever school she went to to teach her how to become a robot to make MONEY. wich I will also add that as I was crying and shaking visibly upset terrified whatever.... she felt the need to mention that if I leave early it will be still be charged as a full visit.... thanks thats helpful in a time like that!? Good thing I have state insurance and yes I know thats like 90% of my problem if I need better care then I need to pay out the wazoo for private and better insurance also still running the risk of dealing with people who give zero cares in the world about who I am as a human or what I have been thru. I lost a bunch of sleep and had very high hopes but was let down yet again but the money hungry obsessed world we live in today. Oh but the dr was quick to give me MORE ANTIBIOTICS all tho I already informed them I was taking them already because I have a dr who actually does listen and knew my teeth were infected. But sure throw some more medication on it ..... thats not like not safe or bad for you or anything to double up on antibiotics geesh. But hey if you don have any MAJOR issues im sure this place would be great. and the lady can inform you not to drink fruit juice... clearly thats where I went wrong hahahahah

I am living proof that they are and it happens every time I go in there scared from the PTSD. They are so gentle and kind with the tools and your teeth so I recommend that even if you're scared to show up to the appointment just trust that it will be a good experience like I have to. I know there's a lot of people out there scared of the dentist so I wanted to share this information with you. The dental assistant told me to just breathe and she was sure to check up on me multiple times since I let her know I was scared of the dentist.

As a former professional hockey player, my two front teeth, have disappeared, long ago. From the moment I arrived, the lady at the front desk, made me feel as though I had been a patient, for years. After getting all my insurance papers, properly filled out, she turned me over to Anne, my hygenist. Anne got me into the dental chair, attached my bib, and kept me company untill, the doctor arrived, shortly, to begin torturing my gums. (just kidding) Everyone at this office, could not have been kinder, or more thoughtful. I now know I am in good...and gentle hands. Could not be happier...

I'll try to keep this short, but it'll be difficult because there's a lot to say. I first got to…read moresee Dr. Mueller in the afternoon on New Years Eve. I had some tooth pain and his office was the only one who would see me on such short notice. Check in was quick and easy, and he did a quick assessment and diagnosis. He gave me some prescriptions and a referral to have a procedure done the following week to address the issue. He said he wanted to see me because he wouldn't want anyone to go into a long holiday weekend with a potential problem. He also gave me the emergency number just in case. The next night, things took a turn for the worse. The pain medication I had was not helping, and the only way I could reduce what was the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life, was by swishing ice water in my mouth every 30 seconds. I went to the ER and they numbed the area which helped, but wore off after a few hours. The following day was more of the same, I tried to tough it out but it was unbearable. I called the emergency number, and when I was called back and my issue was explained, I was asked if I could meet Dr. Mueller at his office in twenty minutes. I thought he was going to just numb the area and maybe give me more pain meds to help me get through until I could get the actual root canal done the following week. He ended up performing an actual procedure. Everything he did was painless, and the end result was the pain I had been dealing with was gone. There is still work to be done, but I won't be in agony while waiting for the appointment. The entire time he was explaining what was happening, being very sociable, and very empathetic. I can't be thankful enough that there is a dentist concerned, skilled, and caring enough to take time from his weekend to help someone who isn't a regular patient of his, and be in a good mood while doing so. I'd highly recommend him and his office based solely on this experience, and guarantee that he has picked up myself and my family as regular patients. From what I could see, a beautiful office, very friendly and helpful staff and assistants, and a dentist who cares.

But after wasting a few trips going to the office over the course of a few months to set up getting a big implant procedure, ALL of the sudden Sarah and Dr. Tim told me they would not be making enough money on their contracted price with the insurance company and would only do it if I paid the full regular price ! office manager, Sarah said they were now in the process of getting out of their contract with the insurance company. I immediately called my insurance company who said they were still a network provider and the Ins. had approved my procedure... Total beat and switch! Don't fall for Dr Tim's phony bedside manner!
