Location is convenient, next to the Little Haiti soccer park in a new building that has other business, an upcoming area for sure. Parking in available on the street in front of the gym. There are areas where you can use the pay to park app but I think there are some spots that are actually free. I've taken their bootcamp and glute camp classes which are really similar in the sense that they use a combination of equipment, cardio, bike, ropes and weights. Glute camp focused on lower body while bootcamp is more strength and conditioning. They get a five star review because they always have several trainers checking on you to ensure good form and assisting with the machines. My only recommendation is for them to explain and demonstrate the exercises at the beginning of the class. Exercises are written on the board and they quickly go over them at the beginning but I think it would help if they instructors actually show how to properly do them. Once you go a few times you get used to the machines and probably need less direction. Class goes quick and time in between exercises is short so make sure you bring a towel to wipe after yourself if necessary. They also have wipes if you need them. I will be going back to get familiar with all their great equipment!

The vibes are very motivating - loud music, trainers checking on your form, and the workouts are super fun. I've done both boot camp (which i was terrified to do but it ended up being amazing) and glute lab (which is focused on lower body and is mostly girls). The circuit training is so fun that by the time it's over you wanna keep going. I will definitely be back!

Without my request, my account was unfrozen early and charged two weeks ahead of schedule. During the freeze, the front desk told me I couldn't use my membership, so I paid separately for classes. In my experience, the franchise model is poorly managed, with each location and customer service working from different information. Customer support was terrible, unwilling to fix their own mistakes. The classes themselves were fine, but I won't be returning and will never give them another penny.

Looked up and saw this box was only 15 minutes away and decided to drop in. An athlete quickly pointed me over to Moses to sign the waiver. Moses has owned the box for 4 years and loves what he does every day. Immediately I liked him. He had this natural smile that immediately showed you he enjoys people and helping others. The other athletes introduced me to Wallace the cute dog that watched with his leash around a kettlebell. Then I was partnered with Ryan for the workout, a beast of a man probably in his early 40's that is what all men want to be. Fast, strong, and a nice guy overall. The box also has a spinning class inside the box in a separate closed off room with AC. CrossFit members only pay $50 a month for unlimited spin classes which is a cool partnership. Makes this similar to orange theory with that option for more cardio. This box had top class instruction, friendly atmosphere, and an owner actively involved with the success of the box. Would highly recommend as your permanent home or drop in spot!!

Two years later I've progressed to intermediate level and continue to love taking Karina's class. Her style is unique from any other instructor I was forced to try when Karina was on vacation. Even when you take her classes several times a week you will not do the same routine. She makes her classes fun and eclectic. Her knowledge on human anatomy will make you feel you r being taught Pilates by a doctor. As she introduces a new exercise she will constantly check & correct your form and continuously talk you through each exercise telling you which part or muscle you are working on and what you should be feeling .. Reminding your breathing pattern ect.. Karina's positive energy is intoxicating. It's no coincidence she named her very own studio KENERGY !!! I highly recommend you come to her studio where you will find me as a loyal student hoping to progress to advance level

I signed up for a free class online since I was only visiting. The staff and members couldn't have been more welcoming! Coach Chris and David were so helpful, offering so many tips for approaching various obstacles. Just with their careful coaching, once daunting obstacles became a cake walk. It was a blazing hot and humid evening, but their 1-hour class quite literally replicated an actual Spartan race -- 4 miles total with various obstacles and exercises sprinkled throughout. It was quite the challenging workout! Killer! I wish I was able to make it out to one of their free beach workouts offered on the weekends at 7:30am and 8:30am at the Cadillac Hotel, but unfortunately bachelorette shenanigans make it difficult to wake up early. XD Know that they are an elite facility! They don't just offer an OCR program either. They have defense and HIIT style of workouts. They even have an awesome kids program which teaches them ninja and acrobatic type of skills. Little Haiti is nearby and a very troubled neighborhood. They work very closely with the at risk youth there by offering a safe haven to them. The facility is otherwise in Little River and towards the back of a co-op of buildings in a rather safe area. There are even a couple of breweries neighboring it. I absolutely loved the overall vibe of this place! They don't offer classes per say and do function off of a program based system, keep in mind. I think it can get kind of pricey, but you WILL get your money's worth. The coaching offered here is nothing short of superior.

(Trust me! I've been to quite a few boxing classes all over Miami) 2) Instructor Frands was excellent! The perfect combo of coach who pushes, encourager, someone who cares and is passionate while also professional and funny! Also his knowledge is next level yet he maintains such a humility and grace when teaching. I learned SO much in just 1 class, he never made me feel silly for not knowing - I was actually encouraged to keep asking questions so I can enhance my stance, hand posture and body moments. So refreshing! If anything, I was slightly annoyed that other gyms didn't give the same attention to my movements, meaning I've been doing some things wrong for a couple weeks that could've been corrected if they had the same dedication to teaching true boxing. 3) The community was so kind, being my first time there others were helping me set up (not just at the beginning but throughout the entire class ), talking and laughing with me! There was a kindness that is usually cold in other gyms. as the newbie you tend to come in, and no one even acknowledges you. Not here! 4) The gym itself has a good flow and layout, quality equipment, it's clean and has everything you need to box, lift or grapple! Also I lost one of my wraps, but they had for purchase for $10! But be sure to bring your own gloves! 5) Almost forgot to mention, very key - there is ample parking!
