Very convenient if you live close by like we do. Parking: I come to Sephora often which is right next door so there is always ample parking. Staff: front desk staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Mersha - was my therapist. Experience: only caveat was that I was booked with Derick at 3:15 and apparently he didn't work on Saturday which was Valentine's Day. Mersha was waiting for me at 3 but I was taking my time because I figured I was early. No one informed her or I that my appt was moved up and my massage was cut 15 minutes early which no one apologized for. Again, I didn't fault my therapist but the staff should have informed me or my partner initially and I could have arrived earlier to get my full experience. Overall, the massage itself was emasculate! She did a phenomenal job. I would definitely come back to get a massage on my own.

Due to a work assignment, I was unable to use several of my prepaid sessions. When I contacted the company, I was told I could either use or transfer the unused massages before the end of June. I had about six left. However, when I arrived yesterday , I was told that the massages had actually expired in May--earlier than originally communicated--and because I kept them in my name, I lost them. To make matters worse, I was told that if I had transferred them to someone else, that person could have used them without any expiration. That makes no sense--why penalize the paying customer for keeping the services in their name? If I had known, I absolutely would have made different arrangements. To be fair, the massage therapists themselves were always professional and provided excellent service. My issue is entirely with the lack of clear communication and the inconsistency in policy enforcement by the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and unappreciated. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this location based on how this situation was handled.
