Always made it feel like things like this don't happen, whatever, not why I am here. These guys took my propane tank without me being aware. I called to let them know my gas was out and didn't even find out til the next day that they had removed the tank. They told me that I told them to remove the tank, which obviously I did not. Come to find out, their technician went to another random house and talked to someone else who said that they don't get propane refills. Well this technician said, hey, this customer no longer wants propane. So the manager then came and picked up my propane tank in the middle of the winter. For 4 days I called trying to get it back, just to be told, "We can't get there today". This went on for 4 days until on the fifth day, after telling them someone could get hurt because its 35F outside in the winter in CT, until they said, "we feel threatened" by this convo and said, we refuse to bring back the tank. Yes, that is correct. They took my propane tank in the winter, for 4 days said they would get it back on, then said they refuse to bring it back. They never appologized once for the mix up. He kept saying over and over, well in the system we have it marked down that you don't want your tank anymore. NO IDIOT, you spoke to another random house, that never happened, there was no disconnect call/email/nothing!!!! Calling The Attorney General, BBB, and the regulatory agency for Utilities in CT. I don't care how what I have to do, I will do my best to get these guys held accounted for. Read their reviews, they treat people like absolute garbage. They are going to get someone killed. If you use this password for anything else, UI has just created a medium-sized security hole --didn't your mother tell you to never put your credit card number, social security number or password into an e-mail? UI definitely needs computer security help. If they make such basic mistakes, who knows what things look like on the inside. If you're a UI customer, I recommend that you get your bill in the mail and send them checks.

I fretted about who to call, I even thought of calling the guy who originally installed it, but couldn't remember his name. Went on another site to try and find a plumber. I googled about plumbers and Saniflo and Mr. Rooter popped up! Made a call and someone was sent out to evaluate the toilet, told me I needed a new pump. Was upset at first, considering it was 'new.' Mr. Rooter went above and beyond to try to help us see if it Was still under warranty(thanks to Augie). Well, not under warranty any longer. New pump installed and also provided with a fluid to maintain it properly. Thanks to Jamie and Scott. They were so professional and nice. They left the area spic and span and wore their red booties inside the house. I'll be calling you guys again if we EVER have problems. Thank you.

These points are a big deal, as those were not available at the YMCA I used to belong to. At the YMCA I paid per month what I pay here per -year- which you just can't beat.There's a great sense of community here, at least among the swimmers. Sure, the locker rooms get hot as the 7th circle of hell in the summer, but I'll gladly handle that in lieu of all the positive aspects this place offers. It's truly a community hub, and one of my favorite places in town. I couldn't be happier here.

They said my gas was already turned on and they didn't need to schedule anyone to come so they canceled the standing appointment I had to turn on my gas service. After moving into my new house, I found that the gas was shut off and locked and now I have to wait four days after moving in for hot water and heat. I called twice and they would not consider it an emergency or send anyone sooner than four days. So I am now in a house with no heat or hot water for four days after moving in. This is criminal and this company is awful. If you are considering switching to gas service in Southern Connecticut think twice this company has the worst service. if anyone else is having an issue like this, I say we been together and initiate a class action suit against this horrible company. You should have a choice and who supplies gas they are also a monopoly.
