What I did think was strange was that the area code number of 916 on his website is not the number he uses to call me back which was from 714. I didn't think anything of it until the experience on ordering a service using his online form. It took a longer time to fill out the form than I imagined, with repeated requests of the same information. At the end, there are two big buttons side by side: a button for "Print this Form" and right next to it is the "Submit" button. I clicked Print this Form and low and behold, there was a charge added to the total for an extra $14.95 to Print the online form I just filled out! I called him to say I didn't feel comfortable with that and he hung up on me. Putting two and two together, I would not feel comfortable doing business with someone who isn't honest and upfront. The printing option did not come with an extra charge disclaimer, putting people like me in a position to waste more time in finding a good service provider. Sometimes working with a one person company is a good thing, but in this case, it is not. Go with a reputable company for an important service such as this.
