My first impression was, "Great communication, booking process, and clear expectations for videography services." I booked Swannworks Films after working with Keida for previous weddings that I have coordinated as a wedding planner. When we were limited to a smaller guest count for our wedding due to capacity limitations during the pandemic, we decided to live stream our wedding ceremony for our guests that could not attend. Keida assisted with setting up the viewing platform on YouTube so that's our guests from out of state and even from other countries could tune in. I don't even give this business or Keida Brewer one star. He was awful to work with. My husband and I got married Last November and signed a contract and paid of deposit in May of 2021 and we decided to cancel our services with him in August 2021. In our contract it clearly states that all deposits are non refundable 30 days leading up to the event. When we cancelled he refused to give us our deposit back of $1250 and we still have not received our deoposit back to this day even though we are owed our money back based on the contract we signed. We first saw Keida's work when he did the videography for my friend's wedding in San Francisco. When I saw their highlight video I was so blown away by how the different shots changed to the beat of the music, and how he made a wedding highlight video look like an actual music video. Not to mention how he captured all the happiness of the day and you could actually feel it. Our friends couldn't stop saying how amazing it was! I actually never saw a wedding video like it before. August 18, 2018 was the big day and Keida was sure to be well prepared. He was easy to communicate with and answered my emails within the same day. He asked questions about my vision for the day and what drone shots I would want if there were any. He also worked so well with my photographer and DJ who were also helping to coordinate the day. Keida had the challenge of having to go to 5 locations for the wedding day, and once the day started he was on-time to each location and he was non-stop working. There is not one important thing he missed. In fact, even when the event was over and everyone was home recovering, the next day Keida went back to my Church to take additional shots of it empty just so he could include it in our teaser and highlight video. This man is amazing! Keida is a true artist and professional and it shows in his attention to detail.
