My dad passed sixteen years ago, and we used these fine folks. My mother was so impressed she also requested them. Prepaid- I handled it for my mom years ago and it was an extremely simple, one appointment process. It's one less thing to worry about at a trying time. Responsiveness- These folks are open 24-7! When I needed them, I called at 2am, that's right 2am and they answered on the second ring. I got the ball rolling in the middle of the night and I was very impressed! Services Planning- As it was prepaid, a great deal of the service had already been decided. They made sure every I was dotted, and every T crossed. The Service- In a word, Perfection! There were three employees standing by the entire time to answer every question and act on any last-minute requests. Several attendees commented on how well it was executed. Although it so easy to procrastinate, as we grow older, taking care of these issues in advance makes it much easier on your loved ones! These fine folks have my highest recommendation!

The actual tour of the sanctuary was a wonderful experience for us and was fun and informative. It is not the usual sterile situation of a zoo. The staff is very knowledgeable and provided great personal backgrounds on each and every animal. The animals shown were many different species and looked very happy as well. There were lions, tigers monkeys, reptiles, foxes, wolves and more. We especially liked the Iiger, even though he was a little lazy that day which I expect was due to the heat. It is a very rural location so make sure you wear comfortable outdoor shoes to visit all the locations along with bottled water for the heat as you are truly outdoors! I highly recommend this for anyone who has ever been to a zoo or Animal Kingdom so you can be up close to the animals and appreciate all the hard work they have put in for the animals care and for your enjoyment! Please take the opportunity to support this sanctuary for the animals care and the staff's hard work at a very reasonable price considering what you will get out of the experience. I would suggest the opportunity for photos to be allowed to be shown as well so everyone can see what it is really like to be up close to the animals.

It is always sad to learn about animals who are bought for a sole purpose then discarded. The good news for these animals is that they are now in great hands. Lynn took us on a private tour of the sanctuary. Each animal has a name, a story and Lynn educated us on each animal species in their care. These folks are knowledgeable, exceptionally caring and dedicate their lives to these animals. We were impressed by the educational value of this visit and seeing how loved the animals are. You need to call to make a tour reservation, there is a charge but it is low compared to the value and it is for a great cause. We will be back with family and friends and encourage others to take an interest in this sanctuary.

I was here to visit the final resting place of George Eugene Sebring Jr. (1859-1927), founder of Sebring, Florida. Originally from Ohio, he and his brothers built a successful pottery business and even founded Sebring, Ohio. After discovering the Lake Jackson area in 1911, he purchased land and began developing Sebring, Florida which was officially chartered in 1913. George played a key role in shaping the town, launching businesses, building the Kenilworth Lodge, and donating land for churches. He passed away in 1927. His gravesite is on the rise in the easternmost end of the cemetery, next to a planter. [Review 461 of 2025 - 2104 in Florida - 24023 overall]
